At 50 years old, I come from a rich cultural background—drawing from my father’s French gastronomy and my mother’s flavourful Caribbean cooking. Over the years and through my travels, I’ve also discovered and deeply explored Asian cuisine, which has become a strong part of my culinary repertoire.

Originally from the beautiful island of Corsica, Thomas brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and maritime experience to the crew. After spending seven years as a chef and restaurateur, he transitioned into the yachting industry, where he has now spent over five years honing his skills both on deck and in the galley.

Fluent in French, English, and Corsican, Thomas is passionate about the sea and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. His background allows him to offer guests a refined and flavorful culinary experience, while his hands-on approach and versatility make him an invaluable member of the crew.
