As a third culture kid with over 17 years in hospitality, I’ve spent the past five years cheffing on private yachts and estates across Indonesia, Hawai’i, and the Bahamas. My cooking is shaped by the cultures I’ve grown up in and traveled through—rooted in Mediterranean, Southeast Asian, and Middle Eastern flavors. I focus on creating thoughtful, vibrant meals that cater to a range of dietary needs.
Before yachting, I worked in everything from restaurants to private homes, which shaped my love for nourishing food and warm, relaxed service. Outside the galley, I love freediving, exploring the coastline, and tending to my garden. My favorite part of the job is watching people connect over a great meal.

Ryan grew up on Auckland’s North Shore. Working from a young age in a family-owned boat store he has been involved with boats all of his life. Less than 6 months after finishing high school he joined his first Superyacht in Tahiti, French Polynesia and never looked back. Having completed 4 charter seasons in the Mediterranean and extensive experience cruising throughout the Pacific, Ryan is a seasoned and well versed captain. When Ryan isn’t working, you’ll find him out fishing, diving, surfing, foiling and spending as much time on and under the water as possible!

With a background in luxury hospitality and a passion for adventure, Lonni brings a calm, confident presence to every charter. Her yachting journey has taken her aboard standout vessels like M/Y Driftwood and M/Y Endless Summer, cruising through the South Pacific and Costa Rica—swimming with whale sharks, hiking volcanoes, and creating unforgettable guest experiences along the way.
Originally from New Zealand, she honed her hospitality skills managing remote, high-end lodges like Minaret Station Alpine Lodge—accessible only by helicopter—where precision and guest care were paramount. Onboard, she’s stepped confidently into senior interior roles, praised for her leadership, guest service, and ability to train and support new crew.
She holds STCW, a valid Seafarer’s Medical, WSET Level 2 in Wine, and a NZ Duty Manager’s Licence, and thrives in fast-paced, detail-focused environments. Equally at home leading service or managing provisioning and guest logistics, she’s passionate about wine, food, and curating exceptional guest experiences—whether in a luxury lodge or on a superyacht in Tahiti.
When she’s not delivering five-star service, you’ll find her hiking, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the magic of life at sea.
