With 13 years of experience in Michelin-starred establishments, I am honoured to join Kora for my first chapter in the yachting world. A native of Brittany, I remain deeply connected to my roots and to the ocean, which continue to inspire my culinary identity. My journey has taken me across Australia, Norway, and Thailand, where I refined my craft while embracing a wealth of cultures and gastronomic traditions. My cuisine is a reflection of these experiences, elegant, expressive, and thoughtfully composed, with a focus on refined flavours and delicate spice. As a certified Divemaster and passionate fisherman, I draw direct inspiration from the sea, selecting and preparing ingredients with authenticity and precision. On board, I am committed to creating a bespoke dining experience, where each dish is carefully curated to complement your journey and elevate every moment at sea. I look forward to welcoming you aboard and sharing this experience with you.

My name is Johanna, proudly from France, with a true passion for the sea, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences onboard. I have been working in the yachting industry for the past eight years, gaining valuable experience through both private and charter yachts. Throughout the years, l've learned the importance of attention to detail, teamwork, discretion, and delivering exceptional service in every situation. Known for being smiling, dynamic, and approachable, I always strive to create a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere onboard. I am deeply attentive to the wellbeing and comfort of every guest and crew member. I take great pride in giving my maximum every day, whether it's anticipating guests' needs, supporting the team during busy moments, or helping create smooth and memorable experiences onboard. Outside of yachting, I enjoy amateur photography, cooking, and hiking. I love capturing beautiful moments through my camera, discovering new flavours in the kitchen, and spending time in nature whenever I can.

Proudly from France, with a love for the sea and the French Riviera lifestyle. Before joining the yachting industry, I worked in luxury hospitality and fine dining, where I developed a strong sense of service, attention to detail, and guest care. I’ve been working in yachting for the past three years, learning something new with every season and charter. Always smiling, attentive, and happy to help, I love making guests feel relaxed and at home onboard. From busy charter days to last-minute requests, I enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly with a positive attitude. When I’m not onboard, you’ll usually find me reading, travelling, or painting little watercolour memories from my adventures.
