Francesco is proactive, dynamic and meticulous. The sea and the yachts are his passions, he decided to join the yachting industry with the aim of combining them. During his career Francesco has both worked as deck cadet on board cruise ships and as a deckhand on board charter yachts. Having worked several years in Amalfi Coast and Sardinia, he is very familiar with the Italian waters, please don’t hesitate to ask him for suggestions about coves to visit. Thanks to his sunny personality, Francesco is well-liked by guests, he always does his utmost to make their stay pleasant and relaxing. Francesco looks forward to welcoming guests on board and going the extra mile to meet their needs!

Silvio is perceptive, attentive and empathetic. After graduation, Silvio embarked as deck cadet on board commercial ships. His experience in the Nautical industry spans many years, in the course of which he has worked on board both charter and private boats. He has sailed the Mediterranean several times and knows it like the back of his hand. His experience enables him to choose the right spot at the right time, considering both the features of the yacht and the weather conditions. His first experience as captain was on an Terranova 85 ANKA MIA, since then he has worked for many important yachts, getting positive feedback and a great understanding of charter world dynamics. He brings on board an atmosphere of tranquility, always showing himself available and enterprising. In his spare time he likes traveling and reading. Silvio is ready to put his experience at guests’ disposal and looks forward to welcoming them. He speaks English and Italian.
