Growing up by the coast in Cornwall, Ryan’s life was always intertwined with the ocean. His youth was spent chasing waves and wakeboarding whenever possible. After school, he worked summer seasons in the Mediterranean and winters managing ski chalets, where he discovered the yachting industry. Ryan has experience across private and charter yachts, as well as support vessels, in diverse locations around the world. In his spare time, he produces house music, DJs, enjoys coastal runs, open-water swimming, and getting out on his pushbike.

Milo grew up in the UK, where he got a degree from Swansea University in Math & Sports Science. He moved to London and worked in Sales for a Health Tech company before joining the world of yachting. An active individual, Milo loves running, playing football and golf in his spare time. His goal is to visit 30 countries before his 30th birthday and there is no better way than doing this while working at sea.

Growing up by the Cornish coast, Charlie developed a strong connection with the sea. He became a qualified beach lifeguard at 18 and spent six years working professionally with the R.N.L.I. Charlie values the opportunity yachting offers to meet people from diverse backgrounds while exploring the world. A keen surfer from a young age, you will find Charlie seeking out the nearest wave wherever the boat takes him.

Alex grew up in Cheshire but has always spent his spare time by the sea. He worked as a windsurf and sailing instructor around the Mediterranean during the summer and traveled to the Alps in the winter to work and snowboard until his heart was content. His outdoor lifestyle and love for sport lead him to yachting. Alex started his career on sail boats and has completed quite a few miles on the open seas before joining LADY S.

Hailing from the beautiful Gold Coast, Jenny’s passion for the ocean began at an early age. She launched her yachting career as a Dive Instructor before discovering her love for the interior side of superyachts. Over the years, Jenny has traveled to over 50 countries across six continents, immersing herself in different cultures along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys diving, hiking, fitness, and discovering great food and wine wherever her adventures take her.

Sherwin brings over 23 years of laundry and garment care expertise to LADY S. Beginning his career in luxury hotels, he transitioned to the yachting industry in search of new challenges. Having been with the owners of LADY S for over nine years, Sherwin is a trusted and valued team member. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and spending quality time with his family in the Philippines.

Originally from near Liverpool, Aimee pursued a degree in Graphic Design and worked in social media marketing before falling in love with the sea during a move to Barcelona. Yachting offered the perfect combination of adventure and hospitality. In her free time, Aimee enjoys coastal runs, skiing, exploring new destinations, and is currently learning to surf. She brings creativity, energy, and a positive spirit to the LADY S interior team.

Growing up in the small fishing village of Cromane on Ireland’s southwest coast, Liam was immersed in life by the sea from a young age. After earning his degree in Electrical Engineering, he returned to his maritime roots by working on fishing vessels before moving into the yachting industry in 2017. Liam is passionate about exploring the world, often combining his love for technology and the ocean in his travels.

Growing up amidst the English countryside, Freddie’s path to the sea seems unlikely, but his passion for maritime life took hold early. Joining LADY S in 2012, he has since expanded his skills through studies and extensive sea time. Freddie enjoys carpentry, home renovations, and recently developed a keen passion for padel tennis, often balancing a racket in one hand and a cup of Yorkshire tea in the other.
