He is confident in both technical and practical aspects of seamanship, with a strong focus on safety
and precision. Adrien is well suited for a Second Captain position on a charter yacht, he brings solid bridge experience, handson operational skills, and a strong understanding of guest-oriented maritime service. Beginning his career at a shipyard in 2008, Guillaume has steadily built a distinguished path in marine engineering. With 12 years of experience across various sectors of the maritime industry, he has honed a diverse set of skills, including fault detection and analysis, machinery operation, teamwork, communication, parts management, and maintenance. Guillaume approaches his work with a strong sense of team spirit, rigor, dynamism, and sociability, always adhering to ISM regulations.
In his free time, he enjoys sailing, paramotoring, paragliding, mechanics, and traveling. Guillaume is eager to step into his role as Chief Engineer on board L'ALBATROS, where he will ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable journey.

Ludovic is a highly experienced Chief Engineer with 27 years in the French Navy, offshore industry, and luxury yachting, including extensive charter operations. Proven ability to ensure safe, reliable, and guest-focused engineering performance aboard yachts up to 92m, with strong emphasis on discretion, uptime, and seamless onboard experience. Ludovic is known for his reliability under pressure, efficient teamwork with deck and interior departments, and maintaining high technical standards to support uninterrupted charters.

Thomas joined L'ALBATROS in 2015 and is a valued leader onboard. An adventurous sailor at heart, he previously worked onboard the famous Pen Duick before leaving to cruise the ices of Canada. He then went on to Captain l'Etoile de France and worked on a variety of different tall ships. He has cruised worldwide and has an exceptional knowledge of both the Mediterranean and Caribbean. In his personal life, Thomas is an airplane pilot and plans on completing a world round trip in the future. Very popular with both guests and crew alike, he ensures a flawless and smooth charter experience.

Nathan is a motivated chef with a strong passion for gastronomy and international cuisine. He is eager to bring his skills into the yachting industry, with a clear interest in charter operations and guest-focused service.
He has hands-on experience across all kitchen sections, as well as strong fundamentals in organization, hygiene, and efficient food management. Used to working in fast-paced environments, he is calm under pressure, methodical, and highly motivated to deliver consistent quality. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is energetic, reliable, and eager to grow within a yacht program, with strong motivation to develop further in charter cuisine and international onboard service.

Theo is an enthusiastic steward with a genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable charter experiences. With experience in luxury hospitality, he brings professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude onboard L’ALBATROS. Theo is known for being detail‑oriented and discreet, he provides warm, attentive service while maintaining immaculate standards throughout the yacht.
Nina began her yachting career on a day charter boat in St. Barth, which sparked her passion for the industry. After holding a stewardess/cook position on a smaller boat in 2023, she joined L’ALBATROS as a temporary third stewardess in 2024. Nina is passionate about the sea and is dedicated to exceeding customers’ expectations. Following her excellent performance on board L’ALBATROS, she is delighted to step into the role of Chief Stewardess for another exciting Mediterranean season, dedicated to delivering an exceptional and unforgettable guest experience.

Hailing from France, Kyllian joined L'ALBATROS in 2024 as Second Officer. Quickly showing his commitment to L’ALBATROS, and being promoted as Second Captain. Since beginning his maritime career in 2019, he has steadily advanced from seaman to officer cadet, earning several key certifications along the way. These include a Medical Certificate Level 3, Certificate of Proficiency in the Operation of Lifeboats and Liferafts, Bridge Watch Rating Certificate, Advanced Fire-Fighting Qualification, General Operator Certificate, Deckhand Certificate, and Safety Awareness Certificate.
In his free time, Kyllian enjoys judo, running, and weightlifting. Fluent in both French and English, he is always eager to welcome and meet the guests aboard L'ALBATROS.

Melissa, originally from France, is a motivated and reliable Stewardess with a strong desire to grow within the yachting industry. She is well suited to charter programs that require professionalism, energy, and a strong focus on guest service. She has worked in private hospitality settings, including cocktail events and yacht-related service, handling guest reception, beverage service, and VIP hosting with confidence and professionalism. She is eager to start her new position as Stewardess on board L’ALBATROS.
Chef Gildas is a highly skilled and passionate chef with over 24 years of experience in both fine dining and highend yachting, including extensive charter experience in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He has been an integral part of L’ALBATROS’ crew for the past 10 years, demonstrating his ability to work seamlessly within a team and adapt to various environments. His culinary style is rooted in modern French, Mediterranean, and international cuisine, with a strong emphasis on fresh produce, seafood, and adapting menus to guest preferences on a daily basis. Chef Gildas is well suited to demanding charter programs where flexibility, creativity, and reliability are key. He cannot wait to delight and impress all guests aboard L’ALBATROS.
