Her semi-displacement hull handles Alaskan waters with grace, maintaining a steady 10-knot cruise and pushing to 12 knots when needed. Upon earning his certification, he spent three years refining his craft in some of Paris's top
brasseries and restaurants, mastering the techniques and discipline of classical French
gastronomy while developing a diverse culinary repertoire.
In 2020, he launched his private chef career and began traveling the world, serving
distinguished luxury clients both on land and at sea.
