Hailing from Spain, Cristina spent her childhood years in beautiful tropics of Honduras, before heading back to Spain for university. She studied Business & Administration and went on to obtain her Masters at University of Madrid. Ambitious by nature, Cristina went to school and received a Beautician Degree. She worked as a cosmetologist for several salons, along with being a beauty consultant for Lancôme in Madrid.
Needing more adventure from a structured life, Cristina discovered the wonderous world of the yachting industry and has not looked back since. Being extremely multi-faceted with unique talents, she has enjoyed being able to meet new people and share her interests while constantly learning more. LATITUDE has been her favorite yacht to work on thus far with the crew aboard. Cristina is meticulous and a self-starter, and truly delightful to be around. She looks forward to sharing her infectious laugh with guests and ensuring they are having the time of their lives.

Kimberly was born and raised in the Metro Manila area of the Philippines. Kimberly grew up very closely with her loving family, and now has a family of her own with her husband (Ryan) and their two young children. She attended Arellano University and graduated with a bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which led her to the cruise line industry. She worked aboard for numerous years, multi-tasking and providing high-quality service for guests. Kimberly discovered the yachting industry and took her valuable skills and experiences aboard.
Kimberly’s attention to detail is unmatched with her magic touch of bringing guests joy through an immaculate interior. Every day she finds herself being impressed by the team on board LATITUDE and the great interior team she works closely with. Kimberly loves working on charter yachts and meeting new guests, with different cultures and preferences, while traveling to remote and exotic locations.

Arnold grew up on the splendid island of Cebu. Growing up on an island, Arnold caught the travel bug quite early on in life. His childhood included countless adventures while traveling with his parents to the various amazing location in the Philippines. He acquired a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering in 1995. After his studies, he worked as a painter for a Japanese firm for 8 years. One day, Arnold decided to pursue his career in the shipping industry. He has spent the past 9 years gathering experience aboard multiple container vessels around the world.
Chasing his dream to be onboard in a superyacht, he joined LATITUDE in 2019. He doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and solving any engineering task thrown his way. Together with his keen on details, mechanic aptitude, engineering knowledge, energetic personality ensure that all of the Latitude’s equipment, toys, and tender are running smoothly.

Jake grew up on the splendid southern island of Cebu. Growing up on an island, Jake caught the travel bug quite early on in life. His childhood included countless adventures while traveling with his parents to the various amazing location in the Philippines. He acquired a degree in Bachelor of Marine Transportation in 2010. Through his studies and experiences, he learned valuable machine and maintenance skills. Furthermore, he went on to be a supervisor executing his patience and natural team leadership skills.
After his aunt successfully dived into working aboard yachts, he realized he could merge his passion for traveling and adventure with his love of working on the water and his expert machine skills. Jake has spent the past few years honing his skills and looks forward to welcoming you onboard LATITUDE, whisking you away for snorkeling, fishing, or whatever other excursions you can dream up. When not working, you can find him exploring the underwater world – Jake is a master diver!

Ingrid was born in Cape Town, South Africa and primarily grew up on a 45ft sailing yacht traveling from South Africa, South America to the Caribbean. After spending the first 10 years of her life at sea, Ingrid moved to South America where I finished high school before moving back to Cape Town. For nearly a decade after finishing tourism studies, Ingrid led tours in Southern Africa as a safari tour guide/manager before she felt the sea calling her back where her career in yachting began.
Ingrid loves all aspects of yachting, and her extraordinary creativity truly shines through in all facets. Her passion for service is shown in every little detail, and says it is the most rewarding feeling when she sees the guests truly relaxed and having an amazing time. Being able to take part in making memories that last a lifetime is what makes her career so gratifying. When not working, you can find Ingrid exploring the places the yacht travels to, and can always find her with her camera, as photography is her most cherished hobby. Ingrid looks forward to showing guests how special LATITUDE is and sharing her passion with guests!

A Philippines native, Noven graduated CTU Carmen Campus with a Marine Engineering degree. He started working in the commercial vessel industry before making the move over to yachting and began working on LATITUDE in 2022. He is a very skillful deckhand and a man of many talents. He brings his enthusiasm to all his tasks on the deck and takes great pride in providing an excellent charter by providing the best service safely.
Noven naturally has a steadfast “can do” attitude and is always open to share and learn from others. He enjoys the experience from his voyages to amazing destinations and applying skills learned from many facets of life. His positive attitude and outlook on life makes her a great addition to the crew. Noven greatly appreciates the unique build of LATITUDE and exploring the engine room and maintaining the equipment aboard.

Zaldy is a Cebuano - a person born in Cebu City, Philippines. As a child Zaldy was always handy and had a knack for fixing things. As he grew older, he studied Electrical Installation and Maintenance where he gained valuable experience and knowledge in a land-based industrial job over 8 years. Afer this, his call to the ocean led him to leave his job and work for the Philippines navy shipyard. Zaldy honed his craft with the Philipines navy for two years until he discovered the yachting industry. One day in the shipyard a friend of his lured him to the yachting industry – Zaldy never looked back!
Zaldy joined yachting in 2015 and has loved it ever since. Over the years he has used his position on LATITUDE to further develop and sharpen his skills as an electrician. In addition, he has taken on the role of looking after the safety of the yacht and all aboard. His upbeat personality and easy-going demeanor makes him a favorite of guest of all ages. Zaldy looks forward to welcoming guests with an almighty can-do attitude and can’t wait to ensure guests have a more than memorable trip on board!

Rence was born and raised in Cebu City, studying Marine Transportation at the University of Visayas. Once his studies were finished, he worked on cargo ships as a cadet, learning valuable skills, including navigation, watchkeeping and mooring lines. In 2017, he shifted gears and joined the yachting industry, to work hard while exploring the world.
Rence loves anything to do with sports, and you can find him lending a helping hand to his crew, while throwing in some laughs with his brilliant sense of humor. Rence looks forward to sharing his passion for the water with guests by taking them out on some watertoys and having fun!

Isabello was born and raised in the city of Cebu. Growing up in the Philippines, Isabello developed a love of nature and its beauty at an early age. His interest in art and painting along with his proximity to the beautiful beaches of the Philippines led Isabello to follow his interests in painting. Isabello started his own painting business, professionally details and painting houses and cars.
After some time Isabello grew restless and took to the seas by joining LATITUDE in 2018. He made the switch to the luxury yachting industry to challenge himself while applying his diverse hospitality skill set to a new avenue. Isabello has an amazing work ethic and can-do attitude. Isabello loves to spend his time off fishing, where patience is the key which Isabello considers one of his greatest strengths! He is the go-to guy for watersports and is the first to be in the water with guests’ children.

Sam grew up in central Philippines, on the island of Cebu, surrounded by thousands of islands and the main access of trading by ships and passenger ferry. His dream growing up was to work on the water and after high school, Samuel continued his education in the Maritime Academy. After his studies he landed a first job on a passenger ferry traveling between the many islands of the Philippines. A year later got a job on a motor yacht as a deckhand, travelling from Micronesia, Asia, the United States, the Bahamas, Caribbean to Mediterranean; Spain, France, Italy and even Beirut, Lebanon. Samuel joined LATITUDE in 2004 as the Bosun and through hard work and determination, Sam has earned the commanding role as Captain. Throughout his years of service in the industry, Sam has cruised hundred of thousands of miles all across the globe. When not getting his adrenaline going participating in water sports, Sam enjoys relaxing with a good book or casting out a line.
