Gordon has 8 ½ years of service in the yachting industry including positions on M/Y SIMA 30m (mate/relief skipper); M/Y EBONY SHINE 76m (bosun;) M/Y LADY LOLA 60m(deckhand); and M/Y CAKEWALK 85m (water-sports deckhand). His skills range from tender driving for all types of water sports to extensive deck department knowledge including maintenance and repair. He is a confident deck team leader. Gordon is fully competent, energetic, and enthusiastic team player which comes across to LEVERAGE’s guests the minute they walk onboard.

Julia, who is the Chief Stewardess aboard Motor Yacht Leverage, grew up in a small town in New Jersey—small in size but big in personality. She has a passion for meeting new people and delivering exceptional service to ensure a truly memorable experience. She is well-versed in all aspects of interior management, from high-end table service to maintaining the pristine condition of the yacht. Her skills include crafting delicious cocktails, creating impressive tablescapes, and ensuring that every guest has a fantastic time. When she's not working on the boat, she's out exploring the world. She is an avid foodie, loves the beach, and has a deep passion for volunteering in underprivileged communities. Before embarking on her yachting career, Julia developed her love for hospitality in the restaurant industry, where she had been serving tables since the age of 14. Her dream is to open her own restaurant—truly coming full circle in her journey. She has had the pleasure of working on M/Y Status Quo (135), M/Y Almost Done (88), and M/Y Honey (163).

Originally from Northern California, Taylor has an easygoing nature and a strong work ethic that allows her to get along with anyone. She thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and genuinely enjoys being part of a busy crew where she can continue to broaden her knowledge of the industry. Jerome was born in the Philippines, but after graduating high school, he migrated to the United States. In 2010, he began his career in the yachting industry, where he pursued his passion for engines by becoming an Engineer- propelling his enthusiasm of his lifelong interest. In 2013, Jerome acquired a 35-foot boat, which significantly enhanced his skills in boat management.
His hobbies include motorsports, fitness, camping, and traveling with his spouse across various states in their camper.

Captain Wes started his passion for boating, fishing, and watersports at a very young age which developed his enthusiasm for all things water, ranging from owning his own jet ski / boat rental company, to working in the sports fishing industry, to being a sought-after charter yacht captain. He is a team player and he has a talent for working shoulder to shoulder with his crew to provide a full service, top-notch charter experience. He is a diligent and straight-forward person, and is strong on service and communication. He enjoys having families onboard as he is a family man with 2 children of his own. He has risen through the yachting ranks in various positions over the past 20 years, ranging from chief engineer to chief officer to captain on various eryachts. With over 80+ charters under his belt, Wesley is well-versed in popular cruising areas including the Bahamas, Caribbean, Florida, New England, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, and many more places. Captain Wes and his crew will show you a memorable charter experience. Captain Wes has previously worked on yachts such as: M/Y VIBRANCE 164’ Amels, M/Y CLAIRE 150’ Trinity, M/Y ATOMIC 148’ Sunrise, M/Y SPIRIT 124’ Delta, M/Y PASSION 112’ Lazzarra, M/Y IL CAPO 110’ Broward.

Chef Andrew Forster’s culinary journey began in high school, where he discovered his passion for cooking through a culinary arts program and quickly gained recognition by winning two prestigious cooking competitions. With nearly 30 years of experience, Andrew has refined his craft at every step, from graduating from the Culinary Institute of America to spending 2 ½ years at the Ritz-Carlton hotel. Over the years, he’s taken on key roles managing and designing menus for numerous independent restaurants and boutique hotels. Inspired by his grandfather, a lifelong fisherman, Andrew developed a deep love for the ocean from an early age, which naturally led him to the yachting industry. With 8 years of yachting experience, Andrew is recognized for his calm, approachable demeanor and his ability to cultivate a relaxed, inviting atmosphere in the galley. His culinary style is highly flexible, adapting to each client’s preferences to ensure a dining experience that’s both personal and unforgettable. As he works toward earning his master’s license, Chef Andrew is committed to elevating his career while offering guests an extraordinary and customized experience on every charter.
