French chef Anaelle Cortes brings creativity, precision and strong classical training to the galley. With experience in Michelin-starred dining and high-end restaurants, she combines refined French techniques with a broad knowledge of international cuisines, allowing her to craft elegant, flavorful menus tailored to every charter guest.
Anaelle trained in Montpellier and quickly progressed through professional kitchens, including the 1 Michelin star restaurant La Réserve Rimbaud, where she was promoted to lead the entrée station within six months. Her career has taken her to prestigious destinations such as Saint-Barthélemy, where she handled high-volume services while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction, Anaelle is highly organized and experienced in menu development, provisioning and dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-sensitive menus. Her cuisine blends Mediterranean inspiration with global influences, from Japanese and Peruvian to Caribbean and Thai flavors.
Calm, adaptable and enthusiastic, Anaelle thrives in demanding environments and enjoys creating memorable culinary experiences for guests at sea.
Outside the galley, she enjoys diving, travelling, music, photography and outdoor sports, bringing the same energy and curiosity to life that she brings to her cuisine.

María brings the warmth and polish of South American hospitality, refined through years at some of France's most prestigious addresses — including the five-star AMAN Le Mélezin in Courchevel and Château Saint-Martin in Vence.

On board, guests will find in her a stewardess who genuinely loves what she does: elegant table settings, silver service, thoughtfully prepared cocktails, and cabins turned down with care. Benjamin is 36 years old. He started his career in the French Navy at the age of 16 where he spent almost 10 years. After this incredible experience during which he learnt rigor and excellence Benjamin unable to stay far from the sea entered the yachting industry and have running several vessel for the last 10 years.
Benjamin isn't just a Captain; he's a hands-on leader, setting the example to ensure the boat is perfectly maintained and ready to deliver top-notch service.
