Richard is an experienced Italian / French, yacht captain with a prestigious career spanning over 30 years and command of yachts up to 57 meters. Holding a Master 500 MCA and a French Merchant Navy Engineer Licence (250 kW), Richard is known for his leadership, technical skill, and deep knowledge of both Mediterranean and Caribbean waters.
He has spent the past several years captaining M/Y Tempest WS (110’ Esterel) and previously M/Y GEMS (108’ Perri), where he oversaw full vessel operations, charter management, safety procedures, crew training, and major winter refits. Richard has also commanded yachts such as M/Y Walindi, Sparkling, Bacino, and Fantasy, consistently managing crew, guest logistics, and navigation with professionalism.
Fluent in French, English, Italian, and conversational in Spanish, he is praised for his clear communication, calm demeanor, and efficient handling of guest expectations, refit projects, and operational logistics.

Chef – Nadine DOSSOUMOU
Nadine is a French chef with a rich culinary background and extensive experience aboard private and charter yachts, as well as in high-end restaurants and private villas. Bilingual in English and French, with a good level of Italian, she brings over three decades of global hospitality service, including roles in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Africa.
Specialized in Mediterranean, exotic, and traditional French cuisine, Nadine has worked on yachts such as M/Y Allegra (20m), M/Y Quincy (38m Leopard), and M/Y Six (26m Ferretti), often combining stewardess duties with culinary excellence. She has also been a crew chef on regatta vessels like S/Y Turkish Delight, and served private clients from Cannes to Corsica.
Holder of STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2, she is known for her adaptability, creativity, and calm, generous presence in the galley.

Lina is a seasoned and versatile Swedish stewardess with over 7 years of yachting experience on both motor and sailing yachts ranging from 15 to 50 meters. Fluent in English, with conversational Spanish and Indonesian, she brings a calm, detail-oriented, and guest-focused energy to every yacht she joins.
Her roles as Chief Stewardess on yachts like M/Y Perfect Persuasion (46m), M/Y Hideout (35m), and M/Y Cheetah Moon (40m) demonstrate her ability to manage high-end service, guest logistics, charter preparation, and interior teams with discretion and flair. She is also trained in purser duties, Deep Blue software, cocktail and table décor, and brings additional talents as a certified yoga instructor and wellness facilitator.
Certified in STCW, ENG1, B1/B2, Food Hygiene Level 2, and Open Water Diving, Lina thrives in multicultural environments and remote locations, offering a refined and holistic experience for guests.

Deckhand – Elmer PANGILINAN
Elmer is a dedicated Filipino deckhand with over 6 years of experience aboard private and charter motor yachts ranging from 30 to 60 meters. Reliable, discreet, and proactive, he has a strong background in deck operations, guest service, and tender handling across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Red Sea regions.
He has worked on well-known vessels such as M/Y Indulgence of Poole 26m (Mangusta 85), where he was responsible for washdowns, mooring operations, teak maintenance, and water toys setup. Elmer is also confident in tender driving, assisting in guest excursions and provisioning runs.
Holding STCW, ENG1, a valid seaman’s book Elmer is known for his polite demeanor, discipline, and efficiency under pressure.
