Jochem is Dutch born, Scottish raised. He joined the merchant navy at 16 and finally found yachting 10 years later where he remains. Always the keen engineer on and off the sea, Jochem built his off-grid homestead on Mallorca and is almost completely self sufficient at home. His interests include motorcycles, classic cars,
renewables, and wishing his daughter wouldn’t grow up so fast.

Graeme brings over 11 years of diverse experience working aboard cruise ships and yachts of various sizes, honing his skills and adapting to the unique challenges each vessel presents. Based in Scotland, he has a deep appreciation for the great outdoors, often spending his free time exploring the countryside on his motorbike or hiking through the rugged hills and scenic landscapes that surround him. Recently embracing fatherhood, Graeme is wholeheartedly enjoying this exciting new chapter in his life. Balancing his professional commitments with his growing family, he finds inspiration and motivation in both his adventurous lifestyle and the joys of parenthood, driving him to continually grow both personally and professionally.

Deborah began her career in hospitality management in Australia, working everywhere from luxurious island resorts on the Great Barrier Reef to remote lodges in the desert outback. In 2003, she set off for Europe, discovered the world of yachting, and never looked back. With her extensive experience and deep network of contacts across the cruising destinations M’Brace explores, Deborah has a knack for making even the most unique guest requests possible. Her goal is always the same: to craft moments that linger long after the journey ends. Now based between Brisbane and Belfast, Deborah continues to fuel her passions—culinary and wine travel, hiking, live music, theatre, and photography—bringing her curiosity and creativity into everything she does.

Neil became a qualified engineer in 2011 and started his career on cruise ships, which saw him travel all over the globe and moved to superyacht in 2015. When not on working at sea, Neil enjoys spending time outdoors on the

Ollie is originally from New Zealand, growing up in Auckland before developing a love for the mountains. He spent five years living near the Southern Alps on the South Island, where his passion for the outdoors really took off. Drawn by his love of travel, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures, Ollie started
his yachting career in 2014. Since then, he’s traveled to every continent except Antarctica and cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and South Pacific. Ollie is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, white-water kayaking, and snowboarding. He also values strong friendships and loves spending late nights with friends, diving into deep conversations and brainstorming ways to put the world to rights!

Saschk is from a beach town in the North Island of New Zealand called Mount Maunganui. He is approaching three years in the yachting industry and has found a passion in working on deck. Saschk grew up near the water and his father was a fisherman and surfer, throughout the years owning multiple surf shops, as well as owning a small boat that Saschk loved joyriding as a kid. Saschk began yachting in the Great Barrier Reef of Australia and has since worked on two world cruising yachts doing trips through Central America, Caribbean, South Pacific islands, New Zealand, Australia and South-East Asia. With passion for music, art and street wear, he enjoys going record shopping, skateboarding and to art festivals.

Originally from a quaint and charming town in the east of the UK, Leo began his waterside career as a qualified lifeguard before advancing to become a sailing and windsurfing instructor in Sardinia in 2019. His passion for the ocean and engaging with guests naturally guided him into the yachting industry, where he has now accumulated nearly three years of experience. Throughout his career, Leo has traveled extensively across the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Caribbean seas. Outside of work, Leo enjoys staying active at the gym, participating in watersports, snowboarding, and pursuing photography—always eager to seek out new adventures and capture memorable moments.

Holly grew up in the small English countryside town of Ross-On-Wye, where a lifelong love for the outdoors has always been in her blood. She has been in the yachting industry for 2 years, starting as a stewardess before moving into the deck department, where she truly feels at home. Before yachting she spent time travelling and living in Australia, she had previously worked in emergency ambulance call handling and exercising and training racehorses. But yachting combines her love of the outdoors and the ocean in one. Outside of work she loves running, going to the gym, enjoying dinners with friends, spending time with her dog and being by the ocean.

From Manchester, George started in professional kitchens at 14 and has built his career around hard work, curiosity, and a genuine love for cooking. He joined the yachting industry at 18, combining his passion for food with travel and the challenge of cooking in a fast-moving environment. He lived in Hong Kong for a year, where he developed a deeper appreciation for global flavours, and later completed a pastry course in Barcelona that helped refine his technique and attention to detail. Known for being a glass-half-full person, he brings a positive, calm attitude to the galley and enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Outside of work, he loves skiing and snowboarding and is always looking for new places, flavours, and experiences to inspire his cooking.
