Rafa has been a full - time captain on Medially since 2021 when current owner purchased the yacht. He became an irreplaceable team member and has earned trust and respect of the owner, his team and everyone who has worked with Rafa. Prior to working on Medially and several 40-60m yachts, he was also a captain on commercial vessels totaling 15 years of being a captain.
He has earned his degree in Maritime Academy in Barcelona and has a Master licence up to 1600 GT.
Rafa is a real team player - social and active yet discreet and hard-working. His interests are cycling, water sports, running, working out and reading.

Camilla - hard-working, positive and responsible individual has an extensive experience working on yachts. Prior to joining Medially, she was chief stewardess on yachts like MY EDESIA, MY GIO4, she also worked as stewardess on MY OCEAN'S FOUR, MY SPREZZATURA and 47m MY ELISABET. Before starting her career in yachting, she worked in hospitality in various hotels in Italy and Spain.

Highly attentive and motivated team member who thrives in bustling environments and under pressure, Maeve has been progressively expanding her knowledge and expertise in Hospitality and yachting industry for over 5 years. Among her special skills are cocktail making/barista skills, wine knowledge, laundry, ironing, plated/silver service, party and events service, housekeeping. Maeve has very outgoing and adventurous personality, she loves paddleboarding, sailing, wild swimming and travelling.

Guests will greatly benefit from George being Level 4 qualified personal trainer with 5 years experience working with high profile clientele. Competing in sports his entire life, he has team work skills and dynamic, zero-fuss personality. Among his special skills and hobbies are piano, tennis, acting, health & fitness. He worked on yachts like 77m SAMAR, 67m KASPER and 50m KHALILAH. George is trained in silver service, table setting, wine theory, barista craft, floristry, housekeeping, laundry, canape & bar tending, cigars and caviar.

Besides boat maintenance and tender operations his qualifications and skills include: extensive knowledge in water sports, fishing, waterpolo, swimming and athletics. Roan's maritime qualifications include water sports instructors qualification, deckhand course, tender and jet ski operator as well as PADI Open water diver and PWC instructor certifications.

Dedicated and motivated, Saulius has done several successful seasons in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. His skills are managing wide range of water sports activities, including jet-skis, spearfishing, fishing, surfing, free diving and handling a tender boat. Besides his main responsibilities of toys and tender operation, vessel maintenance and deck operations, Saulius is trained and experienced in waitressing, interior cleaning and guest services and therefore can assist stewardesses on board.

A creative and talented Head Chef on Medially with a broad culinary repertoire and a calm personality. Offering a well-developed genuine passion for food, service focus and natural desire to please. He is proven, capable leader providing a positive, immaculate and drama free galley with a can-do attitude and outstanding work ethic. He's been employed on Medially since 2022, beforehand he was a chef on several yachts cruising France, Italy and Greece. He has an extensive experience working for top luxury hotels including Hotel Resort Terre Blanche 5*, Four Seasons Cap Ferrat 5*, Chateau de Cagnard 5*.

Ugo is a person who seeks solutions rather than problems, have great communication, management, and leadership skills which resulted in Medially being in a top technical condition. He is working well under pressure and always makes sure guests have a stress - free and safe trips. Prior to Medially, where he's been since the beginning, he worked on yachts like Monokini ( 44m), D'Angleterre ( 41m), Smit Sentosa ( 52m), Union Manta ( 72m) etc.

Paula's strengths are attention to details, organization skills, team management and long shifts. She has been a stewardess on many both private and charter yachts like MY AZIZA, MY TOY, MY PISQUITO, MY SANTANDREA, MY SEA BELLE etc. Besides being a stewardess, she also played volleyball competitively and was a volleyball coach for girls between 13 and 21. Apart from her love of sports, she also has a degree in photography and has a solid experience working with children - she was a sports teacher for kids for 10 years as well as nanny and personal trainer.

Sam has been a First Officer on Medially since the very beginning and became an invaluable team member. He has a warm and kind personality, motivated and eager to learn. He is used to hard work and long hours and knows how to navigate any situation.
Sam is a natural sports and sea lover, great with waters sports, tender, organizing the deck and navigating the vessel.
Before his yachting career, he has worked on several fishing vessels and is a professional fishing sailor.
