Having completed training in first aid, bartending and mixology, international food production, and maritime cookery, she is a versatile and reliable crew member who is always ready to assist wherever needed. Throughout his career, he has served onboard a variety of commercial and passenger vessels, gaining extensive expertise in deck operations, tender handling, mooring procedures, maintenance and safety drills. His practical knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the yacht to the highest standards ensure that every aspect of life on deck runs smoothly, allowing guests to relax and fully enjoy their time onboard. Captain George was born in Athens in 1970 and graduated from the Hydra Merchant Marine Academy in 1991. He holds a Captain Class A’ Certificate (Unlimited) together with numerous professional certifications including GMDSS, ECDIS, ARPA, Medical Care, SSO, BRM/BTM, Ro-Ro Passenger, Lifesaving and Advanced Firefighting. With over 30 years of experience at sea, Captain George has built an impressive career serving on both commercial vessels and luxury yachts. Since 2015 he has been successfully commanding private and charter motor yachts between 24 and 28 metrres, while his extensive merchant navy background includes senior positions as Chief Mate onboard Ro-Ro passenger and container vessels. His cruising experience spans Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, where his exceptional navigational knowledge, calm leadership and commitment to safety ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable cruising experience. Captain George is known for his professional, approachable and dependable character, always striving to provide the highest level of service while creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere onboard. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and keeping active.

Chief Engineer Dimitris brings a wealth of technical expertise and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to the engine room, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, seamless and worry-free cruising experience. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete, he later obtained his 2nd Engineer Diploma from KESEN and holds an extensive range of professional certifications, including ERM, SSO, Advanced Firefighting, Lifesaving and Ro-Ro Passenger. With more than ten years of experience at sea, Dimitris has built an impressive career across luxury yachts, LNG and LPG carriers, and tanker vessels. His yachting experience includes serving as Chief Engineer aboard the 28m M/Y Wish and as 2nd Engineer aboard the world-renowned 88m sailing yacht Maltese Falcon. Known for his professionalism, meticulous attention to detail and proactive attitude, Dimitris takes great pride in maintaining the yacht to the highest standards while always supporting the crew to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Friendly, approachable and dependable, he is committed to ensuring every charter runs smoothly behind the scenes. In his spare time, Dimitris enjoys travelling, music, sports and cinema.
