His expertise spans from artisanal breadmaking and fine dining to dietary-specific meal planning and galley management. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, an interest that enhances passion for life at sea. Nicolò joins MINI K2 with enthusiasm and looks forward to delighting guests with his signature creations.

Jemma is a dynamic and skilled stewardess hailing from South-Africa, with blue-water sailing, charter, and superyacht experience. Her expertise includes deck operations, housekeeping, guest services, and creative hospitality. With a hands-on approach, Jemma excels at line handling, washdowns, tender driving, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, including silver service and cocktail preparation.
Her proactive mindset, reliability, and passion for the sea make her a vital team member. Jemma's certifications include STCW 2010, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and ENG 1 Medical. She thrives in both motor and sailing yacht environments, always eager to expand her skillset and embrace challenges.

In her downtime, Jemma enjoys outdoor activities, watersports, CrossFit, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jemma brings professionalism, dedication, and an adventurous spirit to on board MINI K2.

Originally from Montenegro, Veljko is very passionate about his job. He joined the Originally from South Africa, Keenan is very passionate about his job. He joined the yachting industry in 2021 and he wants to enhance his knowledge in the field. He has excellent carpentry and general maintenance skills which is very beneficial onboard. He speaks English and Afrikaans fluently and some Flemish. Furthermore, Keenan’s attention to detail is his best asset, allowing him to make sure MINI K2’s guests and crew are always in a safe and pleasant environment.

Having grown up in South Africa, Jana is excited for taking on Stewardess’s responsibilities on board MINI K2. After completing a rigorous six-year qualification as an attorney, a bold leap into the yachting industry was made to embrace a more adventurous lifestyle. In a previous role as a second stewardess on a 140m yacht, skills were refined in silver service, provisioning for both crew and guests, and meticulous inventory management. This experience also enhanced organizational and planning abilities, along with strong housekeeping and laundry skills, and she hopes to make your time on board MINI K2 an enjoyable experience.

Originally from Rijeka, Croatia, Marin is a seasoned captain with over 15 years of experience. His passion for maritime adventures led him to excel in his studies at Maritime High School, graduating as a top student. Starting his seafaring career at the young age of 16, Marin steadily progressed through the ranks, ultimately earning his prestigious Master 3000GT License in 2009. His experience gave him the opportunity to travel almost everywhere, including among others Greece, Italy, Croatia, the Aeolian Islands, Miami, Florida, and iconic locations across the Caribbean such as Saint Martin, the US Virgin Islands, and Antigua. Over the years, he has worked with some of the most prestigious yacht owners, consistently delivering exceptional service and unforgettable charter experiences. When he's not onboard, Marin enjoys hiking, water sports, diving, and spending time with family and friends.
