Salvatore is an Italian Chef who start to cook when he was 14 years old. He has managed to turn his passion into a profession, by studying at the Italian Culinary School “IPSSAR G. Casini” and developing his know-how through a lot of international experiences. His career was perfected in 2012 with an experience in Australia where he was lucky enough to discover and lear to cook new tastes and flavors. Since 2013, Salvatore has been working on yachts and he has learned to respond to all customer requests. From breakfast to dinner, this Chef will transport you into his world where Italian cooking intertwines with worldwide flavors.

Silvia is from Italia and has started her career in the hospitality industry and especially in the food and beverage field. She had her first yachting experience in 2010 and had the opportunity to be a stewardess on a 50m a few years after (2014). In the following year, she had the chance to work for yachts from 45m to 50m. She is dynamic and versatile and is very oriented toward customer satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Giacomo has been able to develop a great knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea. In 2003, Captain Giacomo studied at the nautical institute Michele Fiorillo of Carrara as Student Captain before having been in different positions: apprentice engineer, commander, and chief officer. His experience and his various technical, relational, and organizational skills allow him to provide guests with an unforgettable and friendly experience thanks to the atmosphere he brings to the boat. His little extra: he will make you discover the most secret treasures and landscapes of the Mediterranean Sea.
