Cass began working in childcare at the age of 16 and nannying children from 5-17 years. She spent a little time as a personal assistant before finding herself yachting in the Mediterranean throughout summer. Once Cass landed in South Africa she crossed into Personal Training. Since then she has returned to the world of yachting, enjoying the opportunity to combine the skills she has acquired over the years.
Favourite Charter Destination: Whitsundays and Malta.
Favourite Yachting Experience: Beach picnics and themed events onboard are hands down the best times on charter yachts. Her favourite expereince on MISCHIEF so far would have to be the Superhero Party they hosted onboard for a teenage guest. All 14 crew and 9 guests wore full costumes for the day. The adults got as much enjoyment out of it as the kids (maybe more) with the party finishing at sunset with arm wrestling competitions between the guests and the crew. It was a day to remember!

I am a 26 year old originally from the UK, but have grown up most of my life in beautiful Australia. And if you grow up in Australia you are most likely introduced to the water at a very young age! And for me the open water and the freedom that yachting brings is what stems my passion. The sense of adventure and the camaraderie formed onboard are what make yachting so special! I cherish the connections I build with guests and crew alike, sharing laughter and creating lifelong memories.

Marin is Mischiefs longest standing crew member having worked onboard for 8 years! He is a man of great knowledge and many a story, best heard in real life.
Favourite Charter Destination: Croatia! Shall we go?
Favourite Yachting Experience: A child at heart, Marin enjoys the remote locations and water sport activities. He has a very fond memory of a recent charter, heading off on the Jet ski with one of our young guests to zoom between the Islands, they spotted fish and bright blue starfish and spoke of their homes.

Byron joins us from New Zealand and has been working in the yachting industry for over 14 years. Yachting has brought him all over the world, cruising as far North as Alaska and as far South as Patagonia and all through the Pacific. Having a busy last few years working on completing his Master 3000.
In his spare time, Byron likes to explore new destinations in search of the best spots for surfing and kite surfing or jumping off a mountain with his paraglider whilst experiencing new cultures along the way.
Favourite Charter Destination: Byron’s favourite charter destination is the Pacific Islands, but to say one country would have to be Papua New Guinea, he was lucky enough to work on a vessel that liked to volunteer Crew expertise back in the community were needed. The best of both worlds some would say.
