Captain Reşat began his maritime career in 2006 and has since spent nearly two decades navigating the stunning waters of the Aegean and Mediterranean.

He earned his captain’s title in 2012 and has been at the helm of Miss B since 2018, leading the yacht with expertise, confidence, and a deep respect for the sea.

Known for his calm demeanor, strong leadership, and commitment to safety and guest satisfaction, Captain Reşat brings both experience and passion to every voyage.

He is a native Turkish speaker and communicates effectively in English at an advanced intermediate level.

Chef Ozge was born in 1980 in Ankara. After earning her degree in Labor Economics, she pursued her passion for gastronomy by completing the Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management program at the esteemed Culinary Arts Academy.

With over 14 years of industry experience, Chef Ozge has held key culinary roles at renowned establishments such as Sheraton, Radisson Blu, and Turkish Airlines before making the transition to the maritime world.

In addition to her work at sea, she teaches at Katip Celebi University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. She also holds professional certifications in food styling and sushi instruction.

A former competitive swimmer, Ozge is an avid traveler who enjoys trekking and hiking in her free time. Her culinary expertise spans a wide range of world cuisines, with a special passion for Far Eastern, Turkish, and Indian flavors.

She is fluent in English at a native level, bringing both cultural finesse and global perspective to every dish she creates.

Hostess Aslıhan was born in 2003 in Izmir and graduated from vocational high school.
Before setting sail into the yachting world, she gained valuable experience across various companies and proudly served as a flight attendant for Turkish Airlines, where she refined her hospitality skills and poise under pressure.

Over the past three years, Aslıhan has worked aboard numerous yachts and catamarans, earning a reputation for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest service.

Fluent in English, she brings both confidence and professionalism to every journey. A black belt in taekwondo, Aslıhan embodies discipline and focus—and when she's not ensuring guests' comfort, she finds joy in expressing her love for music through singing.

Deckhand Salih is a skilled and dedicated professional who began his maritime career in 2015. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working aboard various gulets and sailing yachts, developing a strong foundation in deck operations and guest service.

Since joining Miss B’s team in 2022, he has proven to be an invaluable asset, known for his reliability, work ethic, and seamless teamwork.
