With over 30 years of global experience working in restaurants, luxury lodges and luxury yachts alike, Adam’s impressive culinary skills, meticulous attention to detail and hard working mindset makes him the perfect chef to have on board. Although born in the United Kingdom, Adam spends his free time in Southern New Zealand. His passion for travel has allowed him to incorporate different tastes from across the globe. By dining on board with Adam, you will be able to sample some of the best local produce that the Mediterranean has to offer through his fresh, simple yet delicious dishes. Adam looks forward to speaking with each of his guests so that he can create personalized meals based on their unique tastes and preferences. In his free time, Adam likes to practice yoga and to enjoy a nice glass of wine whilst sitting out in the sun. Known for her warm, friendly nature and strong work ethic, she takes pride in anticipating guests’ needs and curating bespoke luxury moments.
During the winter season, Alice works as a chalet host across a variety of prestigious ski resorts, further refining her hospitality skills in high-end environments. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and crafting handmade silver jewellery.

Mike is dedicated and enthusiastic with a friendly and fun personality. He ensures to hire crew with a similar friendly and upbeat personality, fitting the family / kid friendly style of the yacht.
He has excellent people skills. Having worked for MOLLY MALONE for over 12 years, Mike is mainly responsible for the high-rated references received from both clients and charter brokers throughout this time. Mike is British and lives in the South of France with his Dutch wife and two sons.
