Chris is from Cape Town, South Africa. He grew up next to the sea and has developed a passion for everything water sports and in particular surfing. After growing up on the coast, he was led to embark on the yachting industry in 2018 by means of joining a sailing yacht that was in transit from South Africa to Europe and hasn’t looked back since!
As a family man with a young daughter Chris brings a creative, charismatic charter friendly approach combined with many years of good seamanship, and quality maintenance skills from built up from his time onboard various classic, new build and charter vessels.
Chris’s passions & hobbies include fitness & nutrition, playing and teaching Golf, videography, marine engineering, and his latest passion is as a property investor, all whilst working towards obtaining his Officer of the Watch 3000 GT License.

Dia, inspired by his engineer father, has cultivated a strong foundation in maritime engineering. Currently living in his parents' house, he has built a successful career as a mechanic, specializing in hydraulic systems, plumbing, and air conditioning. His expertise includes marine engine maintenance, propulsion system management, and ensuring operational efficiency of onboard systems. With a collaborative spirit and attention to detail, Dia is committed to safety and reliability, striving to create an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere for all onboard.

Pamela entered the yachting industry in 2019, bringing with her a vibrant
energy and a constant smile.
She thrives in a team environment and finds joy in ensuring that guests

During her free time, Pamela enjoys going for walks, exploring new destinations, and immersing herself in different cultures while meeting new people. Her adventurous spirit and dedication to creating exceptional experiences make her a valuable asset aboard Monaco.

Patricia is a passionate chef from Barcelona. She started her culinary career in London restaurants before transitioning to the yacht and chalet sectors. Patricia has honed her skills on various motor yachts up to 50m as well as in high-end luxury chalets in the French Alps.
Patricia is skilled in a wide range of international cuisines and is adept at creating tailored menus to suit the preferences and dietary needs of her clients. She is passionate about using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and takes great pride in the presentation of her dishes.

Roberto is a skilled and dedicated Italian deckhand with a passion for the sea. With years of experience in hospitality and three years in the yachting industry, Roberto is proficient in all deck duties, including maintenance, cleaning, tender driving, and water sports assistance.
His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within
a team make him a valuable asset on any vessel. Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, Roberto brings a warm Mediterranean spirit and a can-do attitude to every task he undertakes.

Melissa is a 23-year-old second stewardess from Mallorca who joined the yachting after leaving her job in customer’s service in a shopping centre to explore new opportunities and be closer to the sea. Coming from a family with a strong connection to the ocean — her father, brother, and godfather have all worked on boats — she naturally felt drawn to this lifestyle.
Now in her second season, she is motivated, eager to learn, and always ready to help. She is a cheerful and positive person, always smiling, who enjoys meeting new people and bringing a good atmosphere on board.
Her love for the ocean started at a young age, exploring Mallorca’s beaches and snorkelling. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, scuba diving and staying active.

Vicente is from Alicante in Spain – where he resides with his wife.
Vicente is an experienced Chief Engineer with over 8 years working aboard luxury yachts ranging from 30 to 50 meters. He has a proven track record in managing complex refits, often involving significant technical challenges and tight deadlines. He has cruised extensively across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. His engineering ability encompasses a wide range of engineering disciplines, with hands-on expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, engine maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. Committed, resourceful, and highly adaptable in dynamic maritime environments he is a well valued member of the Monaco team. In his own time, he is into all kinds of sports, especially anything with wheels or a board. He is passionate about cycling, which is what inspired him to start his own electric bike rental business.

James hails from the military town of Aldershot located in Hampshire in the south of the United Kingdom and currently resides in Lancashire with his wife and 7-year-old daughter.
From a young age he grew up on the Isle of Wight and joined his first commercial shipping company as apprentice at the age of 17. During this time, he gained valuable experience in various sectors of the maritime industry (including oil platform supply, military vehicle carriers, gas and crude oil tankers, passenger ferries, cruise vessels, and superyachts).
With a wealth of extensive navigational experience and a warm character James is extremely proud to lead the cohesive, forward-thinking team onboard, and he looks forward to providing you with exceptional experiences whilst maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable environment during your stay onboard Motor Yacht Monaco.
