Elinna, 32 years old, comes from a little town in the north of Russia. She holds Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
She started her career at W hotel in Barcelona where she had a chance to learn a lot and grow professionally working as a Guest Relations Intern, Concierge and W Insider.
She started her career in the yachting industry on a 29m M/Y Hiilani. She was not only a stewardess on there but also a cook where she could develop her cooking skills. She had also worked for a couple of months on a 30m M/Y Maya and she did many daily charters on different boats in mediterranean sea. Elinna is a positive person who loves interacting with people. She adapts quickly to different working environments. She’s not afraid of hard work and she’s always eager to learn something new. In her free time you will find her travelling, working out, doing yoga, reading books and listening to music. She also loves cooking and baking for her family and friends. She loves welcoming guests on board and she always does her best to make their stay a very memorable experience.

Dario was born in 2002 in Trapani, Italy, where he grew up with an ever-growing connection to the sea. At the age of 15, he sailed for the first time with close family friends, and that experience made him want to stay close to the ocean.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, his mother encouraged him to take a more hands-on role, and at just 17 years old, he embarked on his first job as a deckhand aboard a 15-meter charter sailing yacht. That opportunity marked the beginning of his journey in the maritime world.
Over the course of four consecutive summer seasons, Dario improved his skills, deepened his understanding of life at sea, and embraced all the responsibilities and challenges that come with this rewarding role.
This year, feeling ready to make a new step, Dario sought out a more prestigious role to challenge himself and grow professionally. He is now part of the crew aboard the yacht Musica Musica, where he is eager to demonstrate his adaptability, strong work ethic, and passion for the job.

Daniele is 22 years old, has completed his studies in the Nautical school in Italy in 2022, and after that he decided to continue his studies at a nautical academy.
When Daniele was 8 years old he started had his first experience in the sailing school, and after few years he became a sailing instructor (2020-2022)
He decided to bring all his knowledge and experiences to another level and he entered the yachting industry by joining a charter sunreef 70 sailing in Greece/Turkiye in the position of first mate. (2023-2024)
In the 2026 summer season he decided to join “Musica Musica” and grow more professionally.
Passionate about sea and sports Daniele is a determined person, capable of facing every challenge with tenacity and open mind. Ambitious, energic, sociable and proactive, willing to grow and improve his skills and do his best at work.

He discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, starting to cook under the guidance of his grandmother and father.
His love for high quality food has grown over the years, so he decided to bring it to a higher level by completing his professional studies and starting to work in the best restaurants and hotels in the capital of Italy.
After years of working where his main focus was the Mediterranean and seafood cuisine, he founded a kitchen lab specialising in the production of gluten-free and lactose-free food, however he can adapt to all dietary preferences and requirements.
Later on he decided to specialize in healthy and vegan cuisine but with lots of flavour.
In the recent years he has worked as a private chef for different institutions and for high-profile families.
He started his career as a yacht chef on a catamaran in the Balearic Islands, and now he’s excited to share his passion for food on "Musica Musica". Creative, innovative, he loves preparing food using local produce and best quality ingredients. He is always attentive to the needs of his guests by offering an authentic Italian cuisine, making it a very memorable experience which is more than just food, but a wonderful journey full of beautiful flavours.

At the age of 14 she started her experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry (waitress, assistant in the kitchen, barman in several locations).
Once graduated in “Baltic Touristic College”, at the age of 18, she moved abroad to begin her performance as a fitness and entertainment animator in different resorts around Egypt and Italy.
Later on, at the age of 21, she moved to Italy and started her experience in the fashion industry as a shop assistant in boutiques and collaborating with local fashion designer.
In 2017 she decided to bring all her knowledges and experience on another level and entered to the yachting industry by joining a 33 mt M/Y “Sprezzatura” (“Musica Musica” nowadays)
Autumn of the same year, after successful season, she moved to a 64 mt M/Y “Sokar” (“Bash” nowadays) where, thanks to her determination and abilities, she became a chief stewardess and took a control of 4 stewardesses (4,5 years of service in this role).
In 2022 summer season she decided to join again “Musica Musica” and give the best gained through the years of the yachting experience to the owners and charter guests!
Katerina is bubbly, dynamic and sportive individuum with positive attitude, determination, motivation, attention to the details, guest requests and wishes. Great ability to communicate with different age groups, nationalities and religions. She is happy to welcome you on board and let your experience on “Musica Musica” become pleasant and unforgettable!

In 2013 he had a wonderful experience on a 50 mt M/Y “Tribù” (Mondomarine) where he completed the navigation from Saint-Petersburg (Russia) to Gibraltar touching the Nordic capitals.
Later on, from 2014 to 2016 he was on command of Canados 85 feet.
Since 2016 until nowadays he is a Captain of the 33 mt M/Y “Musica Musica” with navigation in the Mediterranean and Adriatic seas.
Gianluca currently holds a qualification for Captain of the ship up to 500 GT.
Reliability, efficiency and professionality are few of his main characteristics much appreciated by owners, guests and crew. During 15 years of experience on private and charter yachts he gained a lot of necessary and important skills and now he is ready to offer a five-star service, personally taking care of every last detail. He is nice, polite and professional.
