With nearly a decade of experience in the charter industry, starting on sailing boats, transitioning to sailing catamarans with various charter companies, and ultimately specializing in motor yachts for private owners, Francesco has cultivated an extensive understanding of the maritime world.
A true lover of the sea and passionate about all water sports, Francesco is known for meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work. As a certified swimming instructor, diving instructor, and OTS (Underwater Technical Operator), they bring a comprehensive, 360-degree approach to experiencing and appreciating the marine environment.

His first work experiences began at the nautical circle of the Greek tower in 2003 as a quay sailor, then having attended the hotel school he entered in the world of catering.
He has worked in many restaurants but always has a great passion for the sea and always remains in contact with it.
From 2013 to 2021 he was on Off shore platforms in the Adriatic as Chef. Then he was on board various yachts in Naples and in the Amalfi coast. Then on the Antares of Britain, 110ft yacht as sailor cook as assistant to maneuvers, mooring and also to give assistant and support to the guests.
In his personal life, he is a simple boy, with the desire to work and, the ability to be in the group. He doesn't smoke and has no tattoos.

Flavia Annella, born in 1980, studied chemistry and pharmaceutical biotechnology at the Federico II University of Naples, later deepening her studies in food technology. She soon began working in high-end restaurants, for events and catering. First in the dining room and then in the kitchen, the true vocation of the Chef. At 25 she took on her first job as a Chef de cuisine and from there began a journey that would take her first to the Amalfi Coast and then to Piedmont where she would undertake her first experience as a Chef, teacher and director of a famous Cooking School. She has collaborated with food and wine magazines and collaborated in the writing of cookbooks. Constantly engaged in the study and deepening of cutting-edge cooking techniques, she decided to move her work to the yachting sector to satisfy her great passion for the sea, thus closing what she herself defines as "The perfect circle". Its motto is: Pamper guests by mixing tradition and innovation, contaminating local flavours with those of travel without distorting the taste of each person's memory.

Vincenzo Piantadosi, was born in 1966, he graduated in “Transport and Logistics Articulation – Management of the Naval Vehicle”. He enlisted in the Navy Corps at the young age of 17, and after training he embarked on units of the same for 20 consecutive years taking on the roles of Boatswain, Chief Naval Component and Commander. In 2008 he decided to leave the Navy to enter the nautical sector of pleasure boating embarking as Commander on boats of 50 ft, 60 ft 72 ft, 80 ft and 90 ft. In his 40 years of activity carried out at sea he has sailed the following seas: Mediterranean Sea – Red Sea – Atlantic Ocean – Gulf of Aden – Gulf of Omen – Persian Gulf – Gulf of Aquaba – Gulf of Suez. In addition to being a diver of the Navy, his passion for the sea pushes him to obtain the license of Diving Instructor. He is respectful of the rules and regulations available for all needs towards the crew, owner and guests
