Ana is an energetic and motivated deck/stew with strong hands-on experience aboard both private and charter yachts. She recently completed a successful 7-month Mediterranean charter season, where she was actively involved in all deck operations — including shipyard preparation, teak sanding and maintenance, painting, washdowns, and guest service. She takes pride in maintaining spotless decks and is confident in anchoring, mooring, and tender handling. Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Ana consistently contributes to a supportive and efficient team environment. Her experience with international crew and high-profile guests has strengthened her communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Irene brings a unique perspective to her role as a Chief Stewardess, shaped by over 12 years of international hospitality experience as a bartender, barista, and restaurant manager. Having lived and worked in unfamiliar environments, she recognizes the value of thoughtful support and genuine connection. Irene thrives in dynamic settings, consistently seeking to elevate guest experiences, support her team, and foster a positive onboard atmosphere.
