Elisa is a motivated and hardworking Stewardess with experience on private and charter yachts ranging from 22 to 55 metres. Discreet, reliable and eager to learn, she brings strong hospitality skills and a positive attitude to every aspect of life on board.
Her experience includes housekeeping, laundry, guest cabin preparation, breakfast service, family-style lunch service, formal dinner service, interior detailing, provisioning and daily interior organisation. Before entering the yacht industry, Elisa built a solid background in hospitality, customer service and bar service, giving her a natural sense of service and guest care.
Well organised, efficient and able to work both independently and as part of a team, Elisa is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure. Chef Olivier is a passionate French chef with more than three decades of experience in haute gastronomy. He is renowned for his culinary excellence and rigour, both at sea and ashore. He currently works as a private chef on yachts ranging from 30 to 50 metres in length, and has extensive experience in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
He was the sole chef on board the 50-metre yacht Genesia and the 38- metre yacht Sea Lion, where he was responsible for creating menus for the owners, guests and crew, as well as managing international supplies, hygiene, stocks and on-board logistics.
He is open to cuisines from around the world and has mastered French, Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian cuisines, as well as catering for special diets such as vegetarian, diabetic and gluten-free. He has run his own restaurants in Huatulco, Mexico and held executive chef positions in five- star hotels.

He has sailed in the Mediterranean on prestigious yachts such as the Leopard 31 and the M/Y Silaos 4, where he developed his expertise and customer service skills.

Recognised for his technical expertise, he has commissioned prestigious yachts of up to 52 metres in length in some of the world's most sought-after areas, including the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the United States and the Black Sea.
Romain's approach is human, proactive and conscientious. Having grown up in the demanding world of French catering, he has a particular sensitivity to the art of service and the well-being of guests on board. Always available and ready to listen, he ensures that every detail has been considered to provide you with a smooth, elegant and carefree cruise experience.

Amalia is an experienced Chief Stewardess with a strong background on both private and charter yachts. Discreet, organised and attentive, she ensures that every guest enjoys a smooth, elegant and memorable experience on board.
Having worked on yachts ranging from 24 to 55 metres, Amalia has developed solid expertise in luxury guest service, silver service, table setting, bartending, housekeeping, laundry, flower arrangements and daily charter organisation. She also has experience supervising interior crew, ensuring that service standards remain consistent throughout the cruise.
Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Romanian, Amalia is comfortable with an international clientele and knows how to anticipate guests’ needs with professionalism and warmth.
