He currently works as a private chef on yachts ranging from 30 to 50 metres in length, and has extensive experience in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

He was the sole chef on board the 50-metre yacht Genesia and the 38- metre yacht Sea Lion, where he was responsible for creating menus for the owners, guests and crew, as well as managing international supplies, hygiene, stocks and on-board logistics.

He is open to cuisines from around the world and has mastered French, Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian cuisines, as well as catering for special diets such as vegetarian, diabetic and gluten-free. He has run his own restaurants in Huatulco, Mexico and held executive chef positions in five- star hotels.
