In 2007, he joined a sailing yacht, marking the beginning of a long-standing career in the yachting industry. Since then, Carlos has continuously worked aboard both private and charter yachts.
His cuisine is rooted in French, Spanish, Italian, and Caribbean traditions, with strong skills in Asian dishes as well. He confidently caters to Halal and Kosher diets, and is highly strict allergens and vegan menus.
Carlos’s creativity, refined technique, and bold flavors earned him the prestigious MYBA Chef Competition award in 2023.
