Jenna was born and raised in sunny Durban, South Africa. She has always loved the idea of travelling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. When she finished school, she went on to study International Tourism, which gave her the idea of yachting. After one year she went after her dream of living on the ocean and hasn’t looked back since. Jennas outgoing personality makes her very comfortable interacting with guests. She enjoys long walks, pilates and spending time with close friends and family.

Arron spent his youth in Cape Town, South Africa. At a young age, he found a love for the ocean and between school and studying, Arron spent most of his free time sailing. His first exposure to sailboats came at the age of 4 when he watched his grandfather build him an Optimist. By the age of 17 he reached national success competing in international regattas. Arron joined his first motor yacht in Sint Maarten in 2008 and has since had the opportunity to cruise the Mediterranean and Caribbean extensively. He quickly moved up the ranks and is more committed than ever to provide his guests with a word-class experience! His comprehensive experience allows him to approach each task in a calm and methodical manner. Arron’s hobbies include travelling, surfing, swimming, sailing and fine dining.

Dylan is from Durban, South Africa. After finishing school, he went on to play professional rugby for the Sharks in Durban for a year, whereafter he decided a move into the yachting industry would be his next adventure. Dylan is an active person who likes to spend time outdoors and keep himself fit. He is big into Formula 1, a coffee fanatic and a cocktail lover. Dylan has a keen interest in the culinary world, so much so that he has completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts and puts great emphasis on finding unique food spots on his travels. He recently fell in love with the wonders that diving has to offer and is hoping to spend some more time in the deep blue in the future.

Having been raised on a sailing yacht during her family’s circumnavigation and growing up in a yachting/chartering environment, Mariska found herself incredibly passionate about cooking and life at sea. After completing a 3 year Culinary Diploma Program, Mariska spent 4 years working at a 5 star resort in Fiji , resulting in an eye for detail and capability to deliver a high standard of service before starting her career on superyachts. Mariska has travelled and provisioned in remote and off-the-beaten track destinations for the past 10 years. Mariska enjoys Bike packing, surfing, swimming, camping, yoga and travelling.

With over 10 years of experience at sea, Dean is the yachts go-to problem solver with a relaxed and approachable attitude. Known for his easy-going nature and good sense of humor, he brings a positive energy to the crew and is always happy to lend a hand. When not keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Dean enjoys working out, practicing martial arts, and catching up with crew and guests alike. For Dean, yachting is all about adventure, laughter and the chance to meet amazing people while exploring the world.

Harvey is from just north of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and has spent most of his life there, he has travelled extensively throughout Europe, exploring around 75% of the continent and developing a passion for discovering new places and cultures. After finishing school, Harvey attended UKSA where he completed six months of training towards his yacht master Offshore qualification. In Harvey’s free time he enjoys football, a variety of sports and all water-based activities, having previously competed in triathlons, swimming remains a particular passion.

Dylan Pretorius
Deckhand
Born in Klaipeda, Lithuania and raised in Kinsale, Ireland, Alex, always knew he wanted to be a Captain from a young age. He started in the National Maritime College of Ireland right after school at the age of 17 and had graduated with his officers qualification at 21. He spent the next year and a half working on passenger ferries between Ireland, UK and France until securing his first yacht job on M/Y Wildcat as First Mate. His yachting career as a First officer ranged between 42m (140ft) and 74m (242ft) yachts such as Plus Ultra, Friendship and Attila. Alex resides in the UK but also calls the South Of France his home away from home where he spends a lot of his time. In his down time, he enjoys motorsport, running, snowboarding and a game of golf with friends.

Clarissa was born and raised in the sunny coastal city of Durban, South Africa. After completing a bachelor’s degree in business management and then doing a postgraduate in education, she decided to change course and embark on a new journey, pursuing a career as a stewardess. Being based in the mediterranean in 2023 made her fall in love with the different cultures and experiences that each country has to offer, with Spain being her favorite destination yet. She loves travelling to new places and trying new things everywhere she goes, especially unique local foods. Clarissa is a cocktail sipping, dog hugging, sport loving girl who is always down for a day of exploring or a stroll through a local market.

Smilla Keihag is from Sweden and grew up in the small village of Lidköping near Gothenburg, where she developed a strong love for the outdoors and the ocean. She joined yachting in 2024 after gaining experience in hospitality, retail, and guest service roles, including time at Jicky Marine in St Barths. She is known for her positive energy, strong work ethic, and friendly, approachable personality. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, hiking, exploring new places, and staying active through dance and Muay Thai. Smilla brings enthusiasm and care to her role, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences on board.
