Enduring the rigorous 8-month Commando training, he served with 3 Commando Brigade worldwide for four years, participating in diverse operations and exercises. It was during this time that his passion for maritime environments blossomed, leading him to transition into the yachting industry. Now in his fourth year, Wesley has perfected his skills on yachts ranging from 180 to 434 feet. He maintains an active lifestyle, prioritising fitness and health. Certified as a Divemaster, Jet Ski instructor, and Close Protection Operative, Wesley brings a versatile skill set to the security and marine sectors. He captures his global adventures through videography and eagerly anticipates further career growth while exploring the world alongside the OLYMPUS crew.

Frank's first introduction to life at sea was working on fishing boat charters in Australia, where he also spent three months aboard a 50ft sailing yacht in the Whitsundays. This brief experience instantly drew him to yachting, and he knew he had found his career path. Bringing invaluable experience from a classic Feadship to one of the largest superyachts of its time, Frank joined OLYMPUS as Second Officer and has since advanced to Chief Officer. As an avid Dive Master, he plays a key role in the in-water safety team, ensuring guests enjoy water sports in a secure environment. In his spare time, Frank enjoys diving, all water sports, and flying drones to capture spectacular footage.

With two children, he divides his time between the Isle of Wight in the UK and Plettenberg Bay in South Africa. In his leisure, he indulges in a wide array of sports and cherishes moments with his family and friends.

Growing up in Knysna, South Africa, he developed a passion for adventure and hard work. With a background in farming, Duncan has managed stone fruit farms and worked independently at Spier Wines, and in Malawi, Zambia, and Hogsback. He is also an experienced fisherman, skilled in various techniques including fly fishing, deep-sea trawling, and beach fishing across Southern Africa. Duncan's enthusiasm and energy make him a valuable team member, always ready to motivate and share his expertise in fishing and outdoor activities. His love for the outdoors extends to water sports, climbing, and more, making him a versatile and inspiring crew member.

After almost five years as a SPA stewardess on various vessels, she moved into the role of lead housekeeper on OLYMPUS, where her love for travel and working in a positive, hardworking team continues to fuel her exciting journey.

With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Sergio adopts a lifelong learning ethos, delving into an array of disciplines including biology, anthropology, and sports science. Beyond the confines of academia, his interests extend to martial arts and physical fitness pursuits during his leisure hours. Having traversed various corners of the globe, Sergio has found solace in Palma de Mallorca, now considering it his abode. Glyn, our second engineer, has been an indispensable member of the OLYMPUS crew for the past three years, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise in engineering. Fondly dubbed the 'Coffee Guru' among his peers, Glyn's profound love for coffee is palpable, so much so that he's set to establish his own artisanal coffee shop during his time on leave. Prior to every charter, Glyn meticulously selects the finest coffee beans, ensuring that our onboard coffee experience remains unparalleled in the industry.
Beyond his mastery of coffee, Glyn extends his expertise to assisting with AVIT enquiries and maintaining our array of game consoles, ensuring entertainment standards are consistently high. An avid climber, Glyn's passion for adventure extends beyond the ship's confines, often inspiring fellow crew members to join him in hiking and climbing expeditions. With Glyn onboard, not only does OLYMPUS have the best-maintained coffee machines in the industry, but we also have a skilled engineer, a connoisseur of coffee, and an adventurous spirit all rolled into one.

Chef Christian Delhay, born in Sydney, Australia, refined his culinary skills through a four-year classical apprenticeship, working in some of the city’s top restaurants, including Rockpool and Bathers Pavilion. After over a decade in Sydney, he moved to London, where he specialised in high-end corporate dining, serving as a Director’s Dining Sous Chef at Barclays Capital and later as Head Chef for The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Eighteen years ago, Christian transitioned into the yachting industry, bringing his expertise in fine dining, bread making, pastry, and provisioning to private and charter vessels. His extensive travels—from Turkey and Barcelona to the U.S. and the Caribbean—have shaped his globally inspired, innovative approach to cuisine.
Now based in the South of France, Christian enjoys life with his wife and son while continuing to craft unforgettable dining experiences at sea.
