Elena was born in the province of Extremadura (Cáceres, Spain) and has been living in Mallorca for the past 13 years, combining her passion for the sea and cooking. She began her career in the nautical industry as a chef 11 years ago, a journey that has allowed her to grow professionally and gain valuable experience, including working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in northern Extremadura.
Being able to dedicate herself to her profession is one of the things that brings her the greatest happiness. She is passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences and especially enjoys sharing her creations with family and friends at home.

Since 2023, he has consistently demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong performance in successfully managing both crew operations and charter activities on board ON TIME
