George studied in the GMC Maritime Training Center & Maritime Academy (Officer in charge of a navigational) and then he attended the
International Bartending School and acquired a Bartenders Mixology Course Level 2 certificate. George has a strong background in customer service by working as bartender in upscale Café Bars & restaurants in Cannes, Doha and Mykonos. Known for exceptional communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor, he excels in fostering a team spirit onboard. His ability to work efficiently under pressure, coupled with quick decision-making skills, ensures seamless service for our guests. With a flexible approach to tasks and a commitment to maintaining a neat and elegant atmosphere, he strives to enhance the overall onboard experience, creating memorable moments for all.

George Trompoukis

Captain Alex holds a Captain Class A' Diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and certificates in Lifesaving Equipment and Drills, First-Aid, Fire-Fighting & Prevention as well as a Dive Master certificate. He commenced a career in 2002 following his passion for the sea and served on cruise ships, but his love for yachts brought him to the yachting industry a year later. Alexandros has since served on motor yachts both as a Chief Officer and as a Captain with top references and 80% repeat clientele. He is really talented and has expert knowledge of the Greek Sea. What excites him the most about being a captain of a charter yacht is that he is given the chance to share unique experiences.

Antonis is an experienced and motivated Officer with 3 years experience in the Yachting industry. He is an enthusiastic, hard-working individual with motivational skills and coaching ability that can cover a wide variety of operations. He enjoys working with different nationalities and can adjust to any working condition. His outstanding academic achievements, combined with his deep passion for the sea led him to embark on a maritime career aboard cargo ships. Antonis entered the yachting industry in 2021 taking on roles as chief officer on 50+m yachts before joining O’PARI. He firmly believes that success is built on consistency, responsibility, and hard work—principles that are reflected in his impeccable performance and strong discipline.

Chef Takis is a graduate of the National Tourism Academy of Greece and the perfect example of the symphony that comes about when passion meets intellect and a relentless desire to be the best in one’s field. He has attended courses at the Ritz Escoffier in Haute French Cuisine, Michelin star Mediterranean dishes, Advanced Pastry Platting in Paris and Naturalité Cuisine by Alain Ducasse in Athens. He had the privilege to work for His Majesty Constantine - former King of Greece and His Majesty The Emir Shaikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani in Doha, Qatar as well as in 5* Hotels, Resorts and renowned restaurants. However, his passion for the sea and yachting finally prevailed and he now cooks his specialities on luxurious motor yachts. His previous head chef positions include yachts such as M/Y O’Ptasia and M/Y O’Pari 3. A key feature in his menus is fresh seafood. “Mediterranean cuisine combined with Asian ingredients is very interesting, playful and well-rounded,” says Chef Takis “I always try to provide our guests with my best. I enjoy cooking chic dishes with a touch of luxury, the kind of flavours that remind someone of tastes they enjoyed when they were younger or beloved recipes prepared with a mother’s tenderness.”

Chef Apostolos holds a diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Monde Institute. Moreover, he has attended successfully postgraduate studies in Modern Pastry and Bakery Art (Europastry Chef Programme) and he is a member of the creative team in Golden Chef Caps. He is certified in Hygiene and Food safety (Level 1), EFET Quality Management System and STCW. Having worked in some of Athens’ and Mykonos’ high-end restaurants before finding the world of yachting, no request is too large or obscure for Apostolos. With Mediterranean cuisine as his passion, Apostolos loves to assess his guests’ palettes and experiment with new flavours and methods and to create a unique experience for everyone who comes onboard.

Apostolos Apostolidis

Kostas studied and graduated with a degree in Orthodontics in 1998 but his passion and talent for hospitality soon directed him toward the tourism industry. He attended courses on Business Administration in Tourism, Food & Beverages, the Silver Service Course from the International Management Institute in Switzerland as well as the British butler service from the London Institute. In 2010 he decided to combine his experience in the field of hospitality with the yachting industry and work as a Chief Steward on private and charter yachts. His sophisticated service adheres to high aesthetics and he was awarded 1st place in hospitality, housekeeping, and showboat design back in 2014. Kostas also holds an Open Water Diving license, a speedboat license and a Certificate in Life Saving and Firefighting Appliances from the National School of Aspropyrgos. His ever-evolving knowledge, along with a tad of imagination ensures that he provides top-scale services. “What I love about my job is being an agent of a client’s journey to happiness and relaxation. I cannot begin to describe how rewarding it feels to have a client recognize and admire what we are preparing for them and to see them again the following year - a phenomenon that drives us to warrant an even better experience for them”.

Kostas Pistis

Maria Christina is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She used to be a member of the women’s national rhythmic gymnastics ensemble team from 2008 until 2012 and 1st place winner of the Greek national individual rhythmic gymnastics’ championship in 2008, 2009 and 2013. She holds an emergency paediatric first aid certificate and she is also a certified lifeguard and Pilates instructor. She is a great asset to our crew as she has tremendous skills in bartending, service and hosting. Maria Christina is also a certified trainer, Pilates instructor and dancer.

Maria Christina Ntova Paparizou

Evangelia is a graduate of the University of Piraeus in the field of Industrial Management & Technology followed by seminars in E-commerce & Digital Marketing. She recently entered the yachting world by working as a Stewardess on board luxurious m/y O’rea (78m) for the past year.
She is also the Co-Owner of a clothing brand. She is sociable, with great organizational skills and with a high team spirit. She is ready now to put all her effort to work as a member of our team, taking excellent care of our guests during their holiday.

Glaiza holds a Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma and has completed various workshops such as housekeeping and bed making, pizza making and balloon sculpture. In 2017 she started offering her services at sea onboard luxury yachts as she already had more than ten years of experience in customer service. She is a much disciplined, hardworking and loyal person. Providing great service is part of her warm nature.
