Captain Henry was born in South Africa, a country with a rich maritime tradition and rugged coastline that inspired his early love for the sea. His passion led him to join the Navy, where he served as a Navigational Officer before moving into the world of superyachts.
Over the past two decades, Henry has worked on a variety of vessels ranging from 50m to 150m, cruising extensively through the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific, and beyond.
When not at sea, Henry enjoys aviation, scuba diving, mountain biking, and competitive swimming pursuits that reflect his love of adventure and the outdoors.

Daniele grew up in a lighthouse by the sea, where he watched fishing boats, cruise ships, and mega yachts, inspiring his passion for cooking and travel. After hotel school, international courses, and experience at gourmet and Michelin-starred restaurants, he achieved his dream of working on mega yachts.
His culinary expertise spans Italian, Asian, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, French, and more. Trained in modern bakery, he enjoys making homemade bread, pastries, and pasta. Sensitive to dietary needs, he specializes in gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.
Daniele loves engaging with guests, crafting meals that delight, and values teamwork on board. In his free time, he enjoys sports, travel, theatre, and cinema.

It was inevitable that Rea would end up in the yachting industry in some capacity. She was born on Christmas Day in Zimbabwe, Africa 25years ago, the youngest of three girls, and was simply expected to join in with all their escapades when she was of an age. These included swimming, scuba diving, water skiing, whitewater rafting, rowing - in fact, everything and anything water-related. Not surprisingly, Rea studied Sports Science in her undergrad and completed her Honors in Biokinetics in South Africa. She has since added rehabilitative massage to her resume.Rea has been fortunate enough to travel a great deal over the years and has developed a love for finding and exploring exotic locations and meeting new people. Therefore, yachting is the culmination of many of Rea’s dreams working on the water, travelling to exotic locales, meeting new people, and ensuring a relaxed and soothing trip. Rea is excited to welcome you aboard and assist in ensuring you have a relaxing time aboard.

Mihaela is from Bucharest, Romania, and has been living in Palma de Mallorca since 2015. Although she grew up in a bustling city rather than by the sea, she believes she was destined for a life connected to the ocean. She embarked on her maritime journey by taking her first position as a Junior Stewardess on 'MY Stargate,' an 80m vessel, in 2013. Mihaela entered the yachting industry and embraced the transition to more personalized and high-profile vessels. In her free time, she enjoys water sports, tennis, reading, and constantly strives to acquire new skills. Mihaela is eagerly anticipating the opportunity to meet new people on board 'MY Pearl' and to create unforgettable moments for their guests and all that it encompasses.

Francesco is from Italy and is 29 years old. He grew up in a seaside village and has always been closely connected to the sea. Francesco began his journey at a young age, working on pleasure boats and later transitioned to commercial vessels to acquire his Officer of Watch Unlimited ticket. He has been back in the yacht industry for the past year, where he is eager to channel his energy and passion for water sports.

Laura found her passion for the ocean and the maritime industry in 2020 in México after being working as a lawyer in Madrid where she finished the university. Now, she cannot imagine living far from the sea.
She has spent the last 4 years between Madrid where she was born and grew up, and the Baja California Sur, the Aquarium of the World, where she can combine some of her passions such as diving and water sports, running or walking in the Malecon, hiking in the desert or watching the speechless sunsets while having dinner with friends.

Martin, a 36-year-old from Slovakia, was born and raised in the historical city of Trenčín. He studied at the Hospitality Academy and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During his breaks from studying, he travelled, worked, and explored the Greek islands, where he discovered his passion for working at sea. After completing his studies, Martin decided to pursue a full-time career on yachts, steadily progressing to his current position as Bosun/Officer of the Watch.
His passions include cycling, swimming, freediving, reading, and investments.

Ahmet is from Manisa in Turkiye. From the beginning of university, Ahmet was always curious about yachts. While he was studying he established Turkey’s first online yacht management system at the same time he was studying yacht Captain course. After his graduation he involved the industry. He does his best to do his job in the best way. He likes making jokes and he is funny person. His entrepreneurial aspect is very developed. He is currently making plans for an initiative on ceramic workshop. He likes fishing, trekking and camping.

Frane Gregov from Zadar, Croatia has had a lifelong passion for both sports and the sea.
Growing up surrounded by the Adriatic, he was immersed in boating from an early age.
Frane was dedicated to basketball, playing competitively for 16 years for some of the top clubs in the region which served him well in his later yachting career.
With strong foundation in teamwork and discipline, Frane transitioned into yachting industry, were has spent over 15 years. He holds a commercial ticket and he is Chief officer on M/Y Pearl working towards his captains license.

Captain Igor grew up in Sibenik (Croatia), a small town situated in the picturesque bay where the Krka River flows into the Adriatic Sea. Growing up in this environment, his affection towards the sea and boats led him to join the Maritime School and explore the seven seas at a young age. Igor has worked on a range of motor yachts and vessels from 20m to 250m cruising worldwide. Today, after seeing all the oceans of the world, Igor has been furthering his journey with M.Y. PEARL. Igor has been Captain since 2012. Ever since, he has been exploring the warm waters of the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean, creating the holiday of a lifetime for his guests.
