yachting industry and about 2 years of experience aboard REHAB. Having commanded both private and charter vessels up to 40m, he brings extensive cruising experience throughout the Bahamas, Caribbean, and U.S. East Coast, alongside a proven track record of delivering safe, seamless, and enjoyable guest programs.
Clay excels in all aspects of yacht management, including crew recruitment and
training, budgeting and financial reporting, maintenance planning, and itinerary
development. He is equally adept at managing refits and yard periods, coordinating
contractors, and ensuring vessels are maintained to the highest standards.
Clay places a strong emphasis on clear communication, discretion, and guest
satisfaction, consistently delivering tailored itineraries and smooth onboard
experiences. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to

Her experience spans both weddings and high-end corporate events, where she developed exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Having worked aboard busy charter vessels, Kristin is highly adaptable and confident managing demanding schedules while maintaining a polished and guest-focused atmosphere. She is known for her strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, thriving in team environments while also taking initiative independently. Her passion for service extends to mixology, elegant tablescapes, and creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful presentation and personalized care.

With a background in luxury beach clubs, bespoke cocktail programs, and private event hosting, she excels in delivering personalised, polished guest experiences with calm professionalism.
Known for her elevated service standards, Arielle is skilled in mixology, table styling, housekeeping, and discreet guest care, as well as light culinary support. Her experience working both onboard and in high-pressure luxury environments has shaped her into a proactive, detail-oriented team member who thrives in fast-paced settings.

Originally from South Africa, Ilan brings over 10 years of experience to the Rehab team. A seasoned engineer and passionate angler, Ilan's expertise is rooted in a lifetime aboard boats and yachts of all descriptions, including a stint in the South African Navy. His dedication to safety, combined with a deep understanding of yacht systems, ensures smooth sailing and peace of mind for all aboard. When not swinging spanners Ilan enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, sailing and generally being on or under the water.
Michael Power, a Melbourne native, began his culinary journey in his family’s café, sparking a lifelong passion for food. In 2002, he started his chef’s apprenticeship, honing his skills in award-winning kitchens across Melbourne and Sydney, specializing in French cuisine. In 2006, he moved to London as Head Chef for a leading outdoor catering company before the desire to travel led him to the yachting world. Over the past decade, Michael has explored the globe—his favorite destination being the Northwest Passage—drawing inspiration from his travels to create diverse, globally-influenced menus. His culinary expertise spans French, Mediterranean, Asian (Thai/Japanese), Italian, Mexican, and Modern Australian cuisine. Beyond the galley, Michael’s passions include surfing, diving, football, and photography.

Coenraad is a dedicated and highly capable First Mate holding a Master of Yachts 200-ton qualification and a strong background across both yachting and outdoor guiding. With experience on vessels up to 48m in both private and charter programs, he has progressed quickly through deck roles—beginning as a Deckhand, advancing to Bosun, and ultimately stepping into Mate positions on busy Caribbean and Bahamian itineraries.
His strengths include tender driving and maintenance, water sports instruction, watchkeeping, deck leadership, and hands-on vessel upkeep, including paintwork, fairing, teak care, and refit support. Known for his calm, reliable presence and natural leadership style, Coenraad excels in guest-facing activities such as fishing excursions, watersports, and live music entertainment, bringing an elevated and memorable experience to charter guests.
Before yachting, Coenraad spent several years as a professional field guide and photographer in Big Five reserves, honing skills in guest hosting, safety management, situational awareness, and guest engagement—attributes that translate seamlessly to his work at sea. Passionate, hardworking, and eager to continue progressing within the industry, he brings enthusiasm, technical competency, and a positive team attitude to every program.
