Growing up in NYC and later moving to Florida, Hugo took the conventional path at first - studying Engineering and entering the corporate world. After a few years, he realized the rat race wasn't for him and set off on a one-year backpacking adventure, trekking through Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
During his travels, a chance meeting with a yacht crew member at a hostel changed everything. That conversation launched Hugo into a decade-long yachting career that's taken him around the world.
Ten years later, Hugo has cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and even crossed the Panama Canal on yachts ranging from 100' to 300' (30-90m).
When he's not creating unforgettable experiences on board, Hugo channels his passion into Superyacht Sunday School as a Career Coach, where he mentors the next generation of yachties. His infectious enthusiasm and "if I can do it, you can too" attitude have inspired countless crew members to climb the ranks toward their captain's licenses.

After growing up in Illinois, Shelby knew there was more to the world than the Midwest. She left and never looked back, building an eight-year yachting career while exploring her passion for travel and food. With a background in business and graphic design—and years spent working in her family’s restaurant—Shelby’s interest in gastronomy is central to her story.
When not onboard, she splits her time between Southeast Asia and Europe, diving into the food scene. From handmade Italian pasta to the heat of spicy Thai chilies and the precision of Japanese cuisine, her love for food is as diverse as the places she visits.
Shelby brings a unique energy to every charter, blending her creativity and global perspective to create unforgettable experiences.

Growing up in a Spanish-speaking household, David developed an appreciation for different cultures and languages, a skill that has served him well in his maritime career. Before entering the yachting industry, he worked as a massage therapist and bartender in Miami and Las Vegas. These roles sharpened his attention to detail and taught him how to make people feel comfortable and at ease.
In 2021, David began his yachting career on M/Y Blue Ocean before advancing to positions on M/Y Seaduction and M/Y Make BIG Happen. His yachting journey has taken him from the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas to the historic coastlines of the Mediterranean, where he's gained valuable experience navigating diverse waters. Outside of yachting, David enjoys climbing, paddle-boarding, and kayaking, staying active and connected to nature.
As a certified massage therapist, he is ready to provide guests with the opportunity to indulge in a relaxing onboard massage, ensuring a truly luxurious experience.

Always upbeat and ready to jump in, Javier brings not only technical excellence, but a whole lot of fun, ensuring every moment on board is unforgettable

Trained at a renowned 3 Michelin Star restaurant, he has also had the honor of serving as a private chef to the Eswatini Royal Family. Known for delivering exceptional dishes that reflect a high level of skill and competency, Eduardo consistently proves his experience through his work. His adaptability allows him to effortlessly cater to diverse guest preferences and quickly adjust to changes in the working environment. He is passionate about working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to elevate the guest experience and looks forward to taking the charter guests of ROBIN'S NEST II on an unforgettable journey through the culinary arts!
