He has previously worked on high-performance yachts such as 35m M/Y Stradivarius and 29m M/Y Wanderlust, handling complex systems and providing seamanship support. Esteban is an experienced and dedicated deckhand with a strong background in yacht operations, deck management, and navigation. With hands-on experience on yachts ranging from 36m to 40m, he has successfully overseen deck operations, ensured vessel upkeep, and maintained high safety standards. His expertise includes tender operations, maintenance, and crew leadership. He excels in multicultural team settings and maintains a professional, positive attitude. Holding key maritime certifications such as Yacht Master Offshore, AEC 1 & 2, and STCW, he brings technical proficiency and a proactive approach to every role. Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and passion for the yachting industry, Esteban is always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to a cohesive and efficient crew. He thrives in high-pressure environments, adapts easily to changing conditions, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service onboard M/Y SABBATICAL.

Originally from France, Tomas has a solid foundation in French culinary tradition, complemented by international experience. After earning his culinary diplomas from Lycée L’Arrouza in Lourdes, he trained under renowned chefs in prestigious hotels, while his journey includes roles at Michelin-starred restaurants. Known for his creativity, precision, and adaptability, Tomas thrives in high-pressure environments and brings a refined gastronomic vision to each of his culinary projects. Now setting his sights on the yachting industry, Tomas is excited to combine his fine dining expertise with the dynamic, service-oriented lifestyle at sea—creating exceptional and memorable culinary experiences for guests. Originally from Montenegro, Danillo is a dedicated and skilled deckhand with extensive experience in the yachting industry. Having worked aboard vessels ranging from 27m to 70m, he has developed strong expertise in deck maintenance, tender driving, and guest services. He is certified in security awareness, medical first aid and fire prevention, equipping him with the necessary qualifications for demanding maritime environments. He is also proficient in meal preparation for both crew and guests, as well as guest excursion photography. His ability to perform under pressure, combined with his keen attention to detail and organizational skills, ensures smooth onboard operations. When he is not onboard, he enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking and water sports. Danillo is excited to be part of SABBATICAL’s crew and looks forward to welcoming guests onboard.

Originally from France, Erwan has over 11 years of experience in the yachting industry, specializing in both private and charter yachts up to 50m. Starting his career as a deckhand, he has risen through the ranks to become a highly skilled and accomplished captain. He has excellent technical and leadership skills, excelling in vessel operations and crew management. Erwan is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest safety standards. He is now thrilled to take on Captain’s responsibilities on board SABBATICAL and he aims to give guests the experience of a lifetime.

Jade is a highly motivated and detail-oriented yacht stewardess with over four years of cruising experience in the Mediterranean. She has previously worked aboard the 37m M/Y Sud and the 38m M/Y Big Change II, where she successfully managed interior teams, trained junior crew members, and ensured seamless guest experiences. Her expertise includes high-level service, event coordination, interior management, and provisioning. She thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly under pressure, and maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. With strong organizational and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for hospitality, Jade is now ready to bring her best to ensure an outstanding guest experience aboard M/Y SABBATICAL.

Kristina is a highly experienced stewardess with a proven track record of excellence in luxury hospitality, including work on five-star resorts, international cruise lines, and prestigious yachts. With strong organizational capabilities and leadership experience, she excels in delivering first-class service, while managing interior operations and guest relations. Kristina is known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to remain composed under pressure, making her a valuable asset to the crew.
