He gained extensive experience in the charter sector, refining his skills and building a strong foundation in yacht operations. His time with Marfi Yacht Charter played a key role in his professional growth, providing valuable training and motivating him to achieve his Officer qualification. Over the past year, he has worked as a Shipping Officer, further enhancing his expertise in vessel management and maritime operations.

Serena has managed provisioning and galley operations for crews of up to six and guests up to ten, delivering fresh and balanced Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on seafood, meat, and homemade pastries.
Her background includes positions as Chef, Cook/Hostess, and Deckhand, where she consistently supported mooring operations, transfers, and deck duties, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. Serena is HACCP certified, trained in First Aid and STCW Basic Safety, and brings experience from both restaurants and yachts.
