If boats had a Tinder profile, Jacob would’ve swiped right years ago. Born in Ukraine and raised in the charming town of Roslyn, Long Island, Jacob was the only child, which meant plenty of time to master LEGO ships — clearly preparing him for life on the water. After a brief stint in the world of Business and Marketing in Florida (aka Plan B), Jacob traded PowerPoint slides for powerboats. Over the past 7 years, he’s worked his way up the yachting ladder — from cleaning decks on smaller boats to running operations on vessels cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, and even the Pacific. He's also no stranger to shipyard chaos, which explains his impressive multi-tool collection and the mysterious stain on his favorite deck shorts.
Jacob recently earned his Yachtmaster certification and is steering full speed ahead toward captainhood. He’s done his fair share of both private and charter trips, and no matter where the bow is pointing, Jacob brings sharp seamanship, calm confidence, and just the right amount of sarcasm. When not at sea, he enjoys staying active, tinkering with marine systems, and plotting how to become the next Captain without ever giving up his flip-flops.

Chef Eric is a top-level, award-winning executive and private chef with over 28 years of extensive culinary, kitchen management and menu planning experience, including 8 years of private chef work. Prior to yachting Chef Eric was the founder and chef of an award winning modern American-Fusion restaurant in South Florida. He has expertise in a diverse selection of cuisine including French, Thai, Indian, Italian, Asian, Southern, Modern American, Mexican, Latin American and Caribbean. He is experienced in meeting multiple dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy free, gluten free, low-carb and ketogenic.

She’s a proud mom to an incredible teenager who already wants to follow in her wake and join yachting after graduation — clearly, great taste runs in the family. Equal parts hard-working, loyal, funny, and chill, Tanya leads the interior team with calm confidence and a wicked sense of humor. Her motto? If the guests are happy, hydrated, and fed — we’re winning. A proud Filipino-American with sea legs, strong arms, and an Espresso Martini recipe that could spark a standing ovation, she brings equal parts warmth and energy to every charter. Whether she’s shaking cocktails, styling a table, or lifting provisions like it’s arm day at the gym, Judy shows up with heart, humor, and hustle. She’s always down to work hard, laugh loud, and sneak in a sneaky workout between anchor drops. For Judy, it’s the good vibes, team spirit, and salty air that make yachting more than just a job — it’s her butter-yellow-colored dream.

Captain Duncan is from England, although he left home at sixteen to pursue his career. Bringing over a decade of experience with a huge emphasis on creating an exquisite charter program for any given style, he takes much of his substantial knowledge from working onboard the world's most heavy chartering vessels ranging from 20m-50m such as M/Y Lionshare and M/Y Chasing Daylight. This has led him to work on creating his own program, bringing only the finest of ideas and experiences to tailor the charter experience to each client. This makes every charter unique to the clients, no two are the same. With a large amount of time spent chartering the Caribbean, he has been instructing a various amount of water sports such as scuba diving, fishing, free diving, wake boarding, water ski and jet skiing. He has done four Atlantic crossings throughout his career. Prior to yachting, Duncan spent much of his time in semiprofessional rugby for Oxfordshire, England.
