Age 47. Stelios grew up in the South of Greece near the cities Sparta and Monemvasia. Stelios lives in Athens. He graduated as an engineer from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos in 1999.
For years works for the Hellenic Air Force as Aeroengine tester.
Stelios joined the yachting industry 15 years ago. His experience ensures the smouth operation of the yacht and her services. He has completed all safety training and he is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering issues. Stelios is hardworking, well organised and willing to assist in deck activities.

Age 55. Daniela comes from Romania and living in Greece for more than 30 years. She had been working in Hospitality for 20 years, but the love for the sea and her passion of traveling and sailing was always there. She has great experience in both private and charter yachts since she has been working for the Yacht Industry for 14 years now. Daniela is a multitasking person. She is a hardworking person with professional mannerism, a pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Team working, organization and quality are her key assets to success.

Age 41. Apostolis born in Athens and grew up in Palaio Faliro. He did his studies in Agronomy and in Landscape Gardening and worked for some years in his family business. He worked for 10 years as a Retail Manager and in hospitality, but his love was sailing around Mediterranean and a passion for sail regattas.
He has been working in Yachting Industry for 15 years, in both private and charter yachts.
He loves to interact with people and create memorable moments, a pleasant personality with a positive attitude towards work.

Age 38. George was born in Melbourne, Australia and raised up in Palaio Faliro in Athens renowned for its seaside and the stunning view of Saronic Gulf. At early age started playing water polo for Palaio Faliro’s team, and at the age of 12 had his first touch with sailing in Optimists and later with Lasers. Therefore, his love for the sea came naturally.

He did his studies in Civil Engineering in UK and worked for some years in Australia in construction industry, but his passion was to be close to sea and in nature as much as possible, so yachting was a one way ticket for him since 2015. He has worked in charter yachts in the Aegean and Ionian Sea, and he is a crew member of Seabiscuit since 2021.

George is diligent, efficient and has a positive attitude. He has been working in hospitality, construction and yachting in different positions thus gaining knowledge and experience in various aspects. His experience ensures for a smooth operation, collaborating with the rest of the crew to guarantee for the ultimate experience of the guests. Lastly, he is involved with all sport activities on board.

Age 34. Anna grew up in Athens where she has also graduated from Marime Economics at the University of Piraeus. She has an MBA from London School of Economics and has done several mini Master courses at Marime Management. However, her love for the sea and her passion for cooking won her over and thus despite her young age she has worked for 15 years in crewed catamarans as permanent crew with excellent guest comments for her dishes, overall service and especially her pastry creations. Anna loves children and she used to work as a baby swimming teacher, as she was a swimmer herself. She also loves spending her free me doing some experimental cooking and pastries. Anna has excellent communication skills, attention to the detail and provides magnificient service in every aspect of the on-board experience. She speaks fluently English, Greek and moderate French. She has also attended seminars of customer service.

Age 40. Captain Stelios is a sailing and speedboat instructor, certified by the British Royal Yachting Association (RYA). He also maintains his father’s sailing school which was established in 1982.

Captain Stelios is a member of the Greek National Team in Olympic categories for Star and Finn and has been awarded in Greek championships in six different categories (Optimist, Laser, Finn, Star, Dragon, J24). He was also won many awards in racing in “Triangle Sailing” and in “Open Sea” sailing.

He has many years of experience as a Captain in numerous yachts, ranging from sailing boats to motor yachts. Some of his previous experience has been on yachts such as the historic racing yacht “Candida” sailing yacht -36 m, built in 1929 at Camper & Nicholson and the motor sailer “Troia” -34 m.

Captain Stelios joined the “Arktos” team in May 2016 and then moved on to MELITI cat and has been there since 2019 with extensive experience in MYBA charter. He later worked on a -27m private motorboat and has been a member of the Seabiscuit team since March 2021 till now.

Captain Stelios’ daily roles include overseeing the maintenance of the yacht, safely managing the crew members, ensuring guest safety and contentment, coordinating yacht charters, maintaining compliance with maritime regulations, handling emergency situations, and as said by many guests always providing exceptional hospitality and customer service in a jovial manner.

Captain Stelios creates tailor-made itineraries for his guests based on his vast knowledge of the Greek islands and seas taking always into consideration his guests’ preferences. He offers enthusiasm and a positive attitude that blends into his entire crew which in turns makes the environment onboard pleasant. Guests always feels safe and comfortable in Captain Stelios’ capable and experienced hands and are always greeted with a smile.

Captain Stelios speaks Greek and is fluent in English.
