Claire is a dedicated deckhand from Texas with a strong passion for life on the water. She holds a degree in Maritime Studies from Texas A&M University at Galveston and is a certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, bringing hands-on experience aboard yachts up to 77 meters.
Known for her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Claire enjoys all aspects of deck operations and takes pride in creating a safe, seamless, and enjoyable experience for guests. With a love for travel and adventure, she is always eager to help guests make the most of their time on the water.

Bethany Bloomer is a Chief Stewardess with over six years of experience in the yachting industry, specializing in luxury service, team leadership, and guest experience. Originally from Bozeman, she grew up surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and developed a love for the outdoors through skiing and adventure.Her passion for the ocean ultimately led her into yachting, where she now combines her expertise in hospitality with her love for scuba diving and ocean exploration. She takes pride in creating seamless and memorable experiences for guests, both onboard and in the water. Outside of yachting, she enjoys golf and is currently learning kite surfing to stay active and connected to the ocean.

Born & raised in the beautiful Republic of Fiji, Maikeli “Keli” Dennis has always lived on or near a body of water. From learning to dive at the young age of 9 to his first job on deck at 12, Keli has had a diverse range of careers spanning from Hospitality to Real Estate to Film to Yachting, and is currently working on a farming project back home to pioneer the coffee processing industry of Fiji. Holding a 200ton Captains ticket in one hand and a drone, camera, or wrench in the other, Keli has completed multiple charter seasons in Alaska and is ready to give you an unforgettable and uncharted week in the wilderness as you’ve never experienced. He’s also taken bear mace to the face and holds the crew season record for largest halibut on charter, so don’t be afraid to exchange stories.

Kohler Briggs grew up in the mountains of Montana, where he spent his early years riding horses and working with cattle. After relocating to Australia, he discovered a passion for the ocean that quickly evolved into a career. He began working as a scuba dive instructor and has since built extensive experience in the marine industry, combining his love for the water with a strong work ethic and hands-on background. He thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys delivering high-quality guest experiences both above and below the surface. Now making his way back to the United States, he is excited to continue expanding his experience while discovering new opportunities and adventures.

Ryan de Beer is a professional yacht captain with over 20 years of experience in maritime operations, luxury hospitality, and adventure travel. With extensive time spent navigating South Florida, the Bahamas, and the U.S. East Coast, he is known for delivering safe, seamless, and memorable experiences onboard. Ryan’s passion for adventure extends beyond yachting into scuba diving, golf, fishing, island exploration, and aviation. A licensed private pilot with an IFR rating and over 300 flight hours, he brings a unique blend of professionalism, leadership, and adventurous spirit to every journey.

Haylee is originally from South Africa and grew up in Johannesburg. She now resides permanently in the United States and is based in Chicago. With a passion for yachting, Haylee has been part of the industry since 2014, building both experience and a deep appreciation for life at sea.
She enjoys exploring new destinations and immersing herself in the cultures and cuisines of the places she visits. Of all her travels so far, Japan holds a special place as her favorite destination.
Haylee has a strong love for wildlife and conservation. One of her most memorable experiences was volunteering at a rhino sanctuary, where she cared for orphaned rhinos — an experience that remains especially meaningful to her.
Haylee is excited to travel to and explore Alaska, as this will be both her first season there and her first time experiencing everything the region has to offer.
