Maria holds a Master's degree as Archivist, Librarian and Museologist from the Ionian University. With her maritime training (STCW) as well as her Seaman’s Book, she is fully qualified to be a highly valuable crew member on any yacht. Maria gathered international experience as Head-Waitress in premium establishments around Greece and the Netherlands, therefore she brings a well-polished set of skills to the table. With nearly 4 years of experience as assistant Chef in high class kitchens, she is the perfect connection between the Chef and our dear Guests on board.

George is a native Corfiot and holds a STCW certificate, a powerboat licence as well as a Seaman’s Book. He worked as a prime Sushi Chef in the Netherlands for nearly 10 years. With his unmatched attitude and joyfulness, he worked in top notch kitchens on and off the sea, is a team player and loves the maritime environment. His expertise in water sports comes handy for water-toy introductions and safety briefings. George assists with yacht handling, manoeuvres and is a person you want to have around.

A graduate of the Hellenic Navy Academy, Captain Ioannis has been professionally active in the yachting industry since 2001, accumulating over 24 years of hands-on experience across various positions in the leisure sector. He is fully committed to a career in yachting and has continually advanced through the industry through dedication and skill. He currently holds the Master of Ship 500 GT license along with an Engineering C Licence. His background reflects a strong passion for maritime operations, leadership, and technical excellence.

His love for fresh, local ingredients and his refined palate make him a standout in any galley.
