Born in Bulgaria in 1997, Denys has always been drawn to the sea. After completing his studies at the National Maritime College, he began his yachting career and quickly progressed from deckhand to bosun. He has gained experience on respected motor yachts, including the 47m Blind Date and most recently joined Silentworld in March 2024. Denys is a positive and responsible team player, dedicated to maintaining the yacht to the highest standard while ensuring guests feel safe and well cared for during their time on board. When not on deck, Denys enjoys football, swimming, time at the gym, reading about psychology and history, and practicing free diving. His energy and enthusiasm make him a valued member of the crew and a friendly face to guests throughout their charter.

Gemma hails from China and has an educational background in hospitality. She began her career as a flight attendant, a role that allowed her to travel the world and refine her service skills. She later transitioned into yachting, finding it to be the perfect combination of her passion for hospitality and her love of adventure, offering the chance to explore the seas and discover new destinations. Dedicated to tailoring unforgettable experiences, Gemma thrives on ensuring maximum comfort, beauty, and tranquillity for guests during their time on board Silentworld. Dana brings creativity, precision, and warmth to her role as Chief Stewardess. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textiles, she began her career as a 3D garment designer before transitioning into yachting in 2020. Since then, she has worked as both stewardess and cook on yachts in the Caribbean, USA, and Asia. Her background in fashion has shaped her eye for detail and design, which now translates into her work on board — from elegant table settings to refined flower arrangements and inventive cocktails. Dana thrives on efficiency and enjoys improving systems to make service as seamless as possible, all while ensuring guests feel truly cared for. Growing up in a landlocked town, she treasured annual seaside family visits, which sparked her desire to work close to the ocean. Life at sea has since brought her a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and teamwork, something she values greatly in the close-knit crew environment. Dana describes herself as motivated, resilient, and compassionate, always remembering that people never forget how you make them feel. Daniel, our Chief Officer from South Africa, has been working on luxury yachts since 2017, building experience on vessels ranging from 30m to 100m all around the world with a preference for the Middle East. This extensive background has given him deep knowledge of the industry. Daniel’s passion for the ocean began early, growing up just minutes from both a lake and the sea, where family boats sparked his lifelong love for the water. Outgoing and safety-driven, Daniel particularly enjoys setting up and demonstrating his favourite water toys, ensuring guests have fun in the safest conditions. Having last visited Thailand on holiday 10 years ago, Daniel is looking forward to spending again some time in Thailand after the yacht has been based in Hong Kond—this time with Silentworld. On board, Daniel brings not only professionalism and dedication but also a warm team spirit, enhanced by working alongside his partner and Chief Stewardess Dana, helping make Silentworld feel like a true family for both crew and guests.

Captain Rado heils from Bulgaria and brings with him over three decades of maritime knowledge and experience. From naval and commercial ships to cruise liners and prestigious yachts, his diverse career has taken him across every ocean of the world. Since moving into yachting in 2004, he has commanded both private and charter vessels.Rado is a confident and competent leader whose skills go far beyond navigation and boat handling. Guests and crew alike appreciate his excellent communication, calm determination, and warm personality, which create a welcoming atmosphere on board. Passionate about the sea since childhood, Rado loves to share his knowledge with guests. A keen diver, sailor, and fisherman, he encourages guests to connect with the marine environment and enjoy all that the ocean has to offer. As Captain, Rado leads by example, fostering a collaborative team spirit while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service. His goal is always the same: to create unforgettable charter experiences that leave guests with lasting memories of their time on Silentworld.

Vlady holds a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering from the Vaptzarov Naval Academy in Varna, Bulgaria, and has spent his career at sea, traveling the world on cargo ships, passenger vessels, and luxury yachts. Inspired from an early age by his father, who was a Chief Engineer, Vlady knew he wanted to follow in his footsteps and build a life dedicated to the ocean. With over 20 years of experience in yachting—15 of those on luxury yachts—Vlady has become an invaluable member of the Silentworld crew. He thrives on the technical challenges of keeping the yacht in immaculate condition and has taken great pride in recent upgrades onboard. His expertise ensures that operations run smoothly behind the scenes, providing guests with a seamless and safe charter experience. Vlady particularly loves exploring Asia, where the warmth of the people and the breathtaking beauty of Phang Nga Bay have left a lasting impression. For him, working in regions with fewer large shipyards is both a challenge and a reward, as it allows him to put his engineering skills to the test on a daily basis—a source of great professional satisfaction. Married with two daughters, Vlady balances his family life with his deep passion for the sea, embodying both dedication and reliability in his role as Chief Engineer.
