Pavlos is a highly accomplished chef with nearly three decades of extensive experience in both the yachting and fine dining industries. Before joining Spica, Pavlos refined his culinary skills aboard various motor yachts, including M/Y Endless Summer (40m), M/Y Albator (30m), M/Y Alma (35m), and M/Y Mabrouk (40m), among others. His expertise extends beyond yachts to high-end restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini, where he worked at renowned establishments such as Athenee (formerly Zonars), Pasaji, 1500 Restaurant, and Interni. A graduate of the Professional Cook School ‘Palmie,’ Pavlos has supplemented his formal education with numerous specialized seminars, covering HACCP standards, molecular gastronomy, and gluten-free and lactose-free courses. His culinary prowess has also been showcased on the TV show "Chef on Air" on SKAI Channel. Additionally, he earned third prize in the Pan-Hellenic Cooking Festival 2005 for Mediterranean Cuisine, underscoring his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft.

Rochelle is Spica’s welcoming Chief Stewardess with over 8 years of yachting experience on both private and charter yachts. With a strong background in hospitality and a natural eye for detail, she takes pride in creating a comfortable and memorable onboard experience for guests. Known for her professionalism, positive energy, and excellent service, Rochelle ensures that every moment onboard is handled with care and warmth!

With a degree from the renowned Merchant Marine Academy of Greece and a robust maritime background spanning various roles and vessels, Captain Dimitris has a proven track record of leadership and proficiency over the last 25 years. His tenure as charter captain onboard M/Y Olympia, M/Y Joan Marie M/Y Selfie, M/Y Voyager II and M/Y Mike showcases his ability to manage complex operations while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of his guests Captain Dimitris is passionate about creating interesting and unique itineraries for his guests. Beyond the helm, he finds joy in the tranquillity of the open sea, pursuing his passions for sailing and scuba diving with zest and dedication.

Vasilis is a highly experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer with over two decades in the industry. Starting his career in commercial shipping, he quickly moved up the ranks before transitioning into the world of yachting where he’s been keeping things running smoothly ever since. Vasilis worked on a wide range of yachts, including the Pershing 90 M/Y Z2, M/Y MILOS AT SEA, M/Y ESTEIA POSEIDON and M/Y HAPPY BLUE 2. With certifications up to Engineer Class A’ and specialized training in electric and hydraulic control systems, owners and captains trust him for his reliability.

With a decade of hands-on experience across vessels up to 52 meters, Rommel brings calm precision, technical skill, and a deep love for life at sea. Whether navigating the deck, launching tenders, or ensuring guest safety, Rommel delivers with quiet confidence and a can-do spirit. A certified RYA Yacht Master Offshore with a solid background in scuba diving and speedboat operations, he’s the go-to guy who keeps everything running smoothly onboard Spica, rain or shine!
