Born in North of France, Teo pursued an engineering degree that ignited his curiosity and led him to work-related travels across South America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. His diverse experiences have enriched his skills and knowledge, making him a versatile and experienced engineer.
Teo's journey into yachting began at 25 when he reconnected with a friend living on a sailboat in New Caledonia. Flor discovered sailing while in Barcelona and immediately decided to live on board what soon became her own boat. It was an exciting time for her—a brand new experience that would eventually shape her life. She was introduced to the nautical world and started working in the industry to learn as much about sailing as possible.
After gaining significant experience, Flor continues to work with great enthusiasm, handling all onboard details with a positive attitude.

Always attentive to what’s happening on deck, she offers top-tier service and support to her colleagues.
Flor consistently ensures that guests feel safe and well cared for, combining her empathetic nature with a strong focus on the well-being of others.
