Born in the town of Crew in the UK and raised in Menorca, Martin has always had a love for the ocean. At an early age he used to help out at his father’s windsurf and sailing school and at the age of 21, crossed the Atlantic on his family's 30-foot sailing boat. With such a waterborne background, in 2009, Martin easily integrated into the wonderful world of yachting where he has spent the last 12 years honing and developing his skills as a top class navigational officer – he currently holds his Chief Mate 3000 ticket. Martin has sailed many a coastline and travelled to some beautiful parts of the world. Prior to yachting, he taught English in Japan for a few years – yes, he speaks Japanese and 5 other languages. Martin has been with the TC family for 6 years and has just recently become a dad; he is loving keeping us entertained with his dad jokes.
When not onboard, Martin is an avid traveler who loves to explore new places. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter.

After school, Janine travelled around Mexico and California working on board Carnival Cruise Liners and at the prestigious One&Only Hotel in Dubai. Her drive for customer satisfaction and hospitality led her to the world of superyachts and she has been shaking cocktails and delivering great service on board private and charter yachts for the past four years. When she is not creating new cocktails, Janine loves collecting vintage lampshades, taking pottery classes and wine-tasting. Janine looks forward to bringing her experience and passion for yachting to TALISMAN C and is looking forward to a great season ahead.

Harry was born in Surrey, UK. An inquisitive and energetic young lad, Harry has always been very keen on sports and sciences. He took this interest in science and applied it to a very successful career in IT/Satcomms, working for a company specifying in yachts and this is where he grew to love (and envy) the comradery amongst crew onboard, wanting to experience that for himself. This led to him joining our TC family only a few months ago and has been a wonderful addition. Harry has travelled through Australia and SE Asia, experiencing many adventures from tribal funerals to shark cage diving and walking along untouched beaches interacting with locals form the villages. Once Harry completes his yachting journey, he hopes to continue to work in IT/Satcomms on various humanitarian projects, promoting human welfare and using his expertise where it counts most. In his spare time, Harry enjoys musical concerts, playing the cello and he prides himself on his ability to source the best curry around. He is our go to tech-guy and in house genius!

Hailing from the South Island of New Zealand, Courtney was brought up and around many outdoor water sports and was lucky enough to develop a love for travelling from a young age. After studying at University and working for four years at an architect firm, she made the switch to yachting following in her sister’s footsteps and has never looked back! Courtney thoroughly enjoys the service side of yachting and hopes she can blow you away with personal touches and added fun through games and activities. Her accent has been known to get her in a little trouble, so hope there is no confusion. If so, it can be a shared laugh over the mix-up.
