What is your favourite cocktail to make?
My absolute favorite cocktail to make is the espresso martini. It’s not only my personal favorite but also ideal for cocktail hour—smooth, perfectly balanced, served in a chilled glass, with just the right hint of caffeine to add an extra spark to the evening.
Why do you think the team aboard your current yacht is different/special?
The longevity, with the majority of crew having been onboard for a minimum of two years. Not only does this mean the crew know the boat well but it also means they get on very well.
