His maritime background includes working as a deckhand on a 58m sailing yacht and completing a yacht management internship in Monte Carlo.
He is fully certified for operations at sea, holding STCW, Powerboat, and Watercraft certifications, alongside specialized training from the Yacht Club de Monaco (YCM) in seamanship, knotting, meteorology, and safety awareness.
An active individual with a strong team spirit, Mahot has a background in competitive sports, including years of football training in Monaco and France. He holds French and Brazilian nationalities and speaks French, English, and Italian fluently, along with conversational Portuguese.

Valerie grew up in the world of Ballet, she was dancing in companies in Germany and in the Monte Carlo Ballet.
She is since 14 years in to the Superyacht business and she found her way on board and to grew with her experiences in to the Chief Stewardess position.
With her warm nice and kind personality and her knowledge of many different languages she is contacting herself fast to the guests on board and developing a nice atmosphere between the guests and the crew.
She is speaking French, English, German, Spanish and Italian

2nd Capt. He is since 15years in the yacht shipping industry. Bello started his career at Sea 2004 with his study in the Maritime University of the Caribbean in La Guaira.
In 2010 he finished his studies and his practical sea time and became a 2nd nautical officer on board of a tanker and later he was 1st officer and assistant of the tanker captain.
He is holding a Master 3.000 license and entered in to the yacht industry in 2020.
He became the Master of a 115" BENETTI private yacht and he was leading this yacht until 2023.
In January 2024 he took over the position as 2nd Captain on board of a 140" BAGLIETTO Tiamat charter yacht which is equipped with 9 permanent crew members. He leaded the crew during the 2.5 months shipyard period for the 15 years ABS Class Renewal Survey.
He is speaking Spanish and English.

Capt. Baer studied 4 year Navigation, is holding an unlimited Deep sea Master License, is coming from the Navy, Container and Cruise Liner Industry, worked for nearly 10 years as Nautical Technical Superintendent for German Cruise and River Cruise Liners until he stepped in September 2007 in to the Superyacht industry.
Since this time he leaded very successfully with his teams charter yachts in size from 30m – 45m.
He is 17 year in the yacht charter business, is well experienced in event charter like MIPIM, F1GP (historical or E grand prix as well), Cannes Filmfestival, Cannes Lions Festival,TFWA , private party Events etc. and likes to host with his crew the guests on board.
He is speaking German, English and Russian

Taylor is the Chief Engineer. He is coming from the Merchant Marine and is since 15 years at sea with a big engineering background. Taylor started his career at Sea 2005 with his study in the Maritime University of the Caribbean in Venezuela. He performs from the basic work routines to the highly complex maintenances onboard ships. Wide Knowledge about the International Maritime Regulations and Codes (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and ISM), Companies Management Systems and Maintenance Programs, Responsible, Team Worker, Hard-Worker, committed and focused with Safety and High Standard Service for Owners, Guest, and Crew.
