Throughout his career, he has completed extensive cruising across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Atlantic, helming both private and charter yachts. His recent command of a brand-new 74' Sunseeker (M/Y Hot Spot) saw him oversee all aspects of maintenance, warranty, and guest operations with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Rafael is known for creating a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment on board. Fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Polish, he ensures seamless communication with guests and crew alike. With experience as a sole Stewardess, Cook, and Deckhand on private and charter yachts, Cecilia brings a seamless balance of culinary creativity, attentive guest service, and impeccable interior care.
Her hospitality expertise extends beyond yachting: having worked in boutique hotels, fine dining, and event catering, Cecilia has developed a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs with discretion and warmth. Passionate about wellness, she is also a certified yoga and barre instructor, offering guests the option of personalized sessions to elevate their onboard experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Cecilia combines professionalism with a naturally positive and approachable personality.
