Bryce grew up in a small coastal town called Amamzantoti in Durban, South Africa. Bryce originally wanted a career in offshore rigging and rope access, which he started in 2017, completing a few offshore contracts in Ghana. However, the oil industry was very unstable, and since long-term contracts were hard to come by, he decided to join his partner, our Second Stew Jen, in the yachting industry in 2019. He has now completed his OOW and has recently been promoted to Second Officer. In his spare time, Bryce enjoys surfing, golfing, and exploring new places. In the future, alongside his blossoming yachting career, Bryce would like to buy, renovate, and sell houses to develop a property portfolio.
