Born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie in Buffalo, NY, Gordon Holden has been drawn to the water his entire life. Summers spent sailing, swimming, and waterskiing with family—both in New York and at Lake Muskoka in Ontario—laid the foundation for a lifelong love of the sea. Gordon and his three brothers learned to sail on their family’s 33ft C&C monohull, and he’s never looked back.
After earning a degree in Business Administration and History, Gordon spent time in the corporate world before trading his desk for a helm. He honed his hospitality skills working in high-end establishments in East Hampton and Montauk, NY, and later earned his captain’s credentials, launching a full-time career on the water. His journey has taken him from flotilla charters in Greece and Croatia to term charters throughout the Virgin Islands.
Gordon is known for his calm confidence, thoughtful leadership, and genuine care for his guests. Whether he’s navigating to a secluded bay, sharing stories over cocktails, or helping plan the perfect island adventure, he brings a relaxed yet professional energy to every charter.

Raised in the picturesque coastal town of Plettenberg Bay along South Africa’s Garden Route, Anita Gerber grew up surrounded by natural beauty, fresh ingredients, and a culture of warm hospitality. Today, she brings that same spirit to the Caribbean scene.
Anita’s culinary style is vibrant, fresh, deeply personal, and creative. She is the heart of the yacht, where her dishes reflect both her roots and her travels, always crafted with creativity and love. With her approachable nature and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere, Anita ensures every guest feels at home from the moment they step aboard.
Anita’s magic goes beyond the galley - her genuine joy in connecting with people makes every moment onboard feel special, whether she’s serving a sunset dinner, sharing a laugh, or helping guests feel at home. Anita’s previous roles in boutique hotels and as a TEFL tutor reflect her adaptability, leadership, and warmth. I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic week aboard the stunning catamaran, Two Oceans, with a group of friends. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was truly remarkable. Every aspect of Two Oceans, from the decor to the linens to the towels, was meticulously attended to.
A standout feature of this journey was the exceptional crew, they were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the guests were well looked after. Whether it was organizing activities, mixing refreshing sunset cocktails, or serving delectable meals in the boat and on land, the crew's dedication was truly commendable. The cuisine on board was absolutely delightful and each dish was crafted with fresh ingredients.
Two Oceans also offered a wide range of water toys, such as underwater scooters with attachments for GoPros, paddling boards, and many others. These toys provided endless entertainment for our group.
The trip was truly unforgettable, with the chance to explore various islands such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Sailing from one paradise to another was an incredible experience. Locations like Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, and Tobago Cays offered crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and lush landscapes that left me in awe. Each island had its own unique charm, making the adventure even more exciting.
Overall, I highly recommend this experience as the best vacation I have ever had. The combination of the stunning catamaran, exceptional crew, delicious food, and the opportunity to discover beautiful islands made for a truly unforgettable week. We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving aboard the Two Oceans Bali 5.4 catamaran in St. Barts. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The snorkeling and hiking in beautiful Colombier were a highlight—crystal-clear water, amazing gear, and plenty of fun for everyone. Shopping in Gustavia and spending the day at Shell Beach were unforgettable!
Chef Anita delivered incredible meals every single day; the dinners were truly outstanding and far beyond anything we imagined we’d experience on a yacht. Captain Gordon crafted awesome itineraries packed with great activities and kept the drinks flowing with unmatched hospitality. I had the pleasure and privilege of sailing through the Grenadines on a Catamaran - but not just any Catamaran - the Two Oceans Catamaran. We were on board to celebrate my brother-in-law's 60th birthday.
I had never dreamed of going on a Catamaran, but now that I have, it is the best vacation you could imagine. Our trip started and ended in St. Lucia, but all the breathtaking and beautiful places we visited in between were fantastic – like St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, and Tobago Cays. It was absolutely fantastic. The Catamaran was beautiful, clean and modern – it was on point! But perhaps the most unforgettable part of the vacation was Bernat, Valentina & Violeta. These 3 were our crew and did everything to make this an epic vacation. They were kind, friendly, warm and caring – they treated us like royalty and made us feel very special.
At each location, Bernat, Valentina & Violeta were our tour guides and made sure we were having the best time. I looked forward to their energy and excitement every day. They are now and will always be “my friends”. I will never go on another Catamaran unless it's Two Oceans Catamaran. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

Thank you Gordy for believing in us when we didn’t think we could wave‑surf. We really have you to thank for a perfect day. We got to meet Anita Panta and have front row seats to the incredible Piano Man performance we will never forget! (But Tom… sure did.)
Unfortunately it rained, but it was obviously a blessing in disguise for our voyage to Necker Beach (more for a *vacation?). There we had quite the swim and dinghy moment that Natalie’s bruises will always remind us of. Peter’s jaw is still dropped from hearing Reese finally sing while I know he’s still sweating from the hike.
It was definitely a highlight with Gordy’s performance, Nat’s air dance, Peter + Nat’s kiss, the wireman, and your guys’ wrist‑challenge (maybe that still owes Abby 5 chicken nuggets)!
And we all miss you hiding drunk Ginny in your hole, Anita. Thanks for always accommodating Abby and you will forever be 21 to us!!
