In her free time, Nicole enjoys live music and concerts, reading, and the occasional fishing trip. Growing up with his Dutch family in Bhutan (Asia), Levi developed an intercultural taste. For Levi, a Chef is so much more than a cook. There is this feeling of relation when you create something new that is greater than almost any other sensation in life. Clients on board VIRTUOSITY will therefore have a complete gastronomic culinary experience. Levi started his career in Amsterdam, cooking in Michelin star restaurants and Samhoud Places with Chef Moshik Roth. Working in several top kitchens in South Africa, New Zealand and The Netherlands, he has been fascinated with global flavors and kitchens. For the past 16 years he has been meeting new cultures, discovering new techniques, and combining molecular cooking with classic and old traditions. In addition, Levi has over 8 years of yachting experience in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean Seas. He learned to cook the high-class standards, facing the daily challenges with passion, flexibility, and the finest quality ingredients. His passion for cooking motivates him to go the extra mile to please his guests on board VIRTUOSITY.

A passionate and skilled chef with extensive experience in both fine dining and yachting, Rudi has honed his culinary expertise in some of the world's top kitchens, such as his last position as a senior chef at Dede, a two Michelin-starred Turkish restaurant in Cork, Ireland.
His journey includes serving as the sole chef on the 52m yacht M/Y SANAM, where he successfully catered for up to 30 guests and developed a lasting relationship with the family that led to a rotational winter position in St. Moritz. He has also worked at prestigious establishments such as The Fat Duck and Alchemist, gaining invaluable experience in high-pressure environments.
With a strong background in sourcing local ingredients and a commitment to culinary excellence, Rudi takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences. His passion for cooking fuels his desire to exceed expectations and create unforgettable dining experiences to his guests. His passion for health, fitness, and outdoor adventure drives his pursuit of excellence and continuous learning. He has gained expertise in a variety of roles, including Chase Boat Captain, Deckhand, and Lead Deckhand, with hands-on experience in crane operations, water sports, tender driving and general maintenance tasks, such as painting, varnishing, polishing, and washdowns. He is committed to maintaining high standards and providing exceptional service, while working efficiently under pressure. When he is not on board, he enjoys surfing, mountain biking and maintaining an active lifestyle. Gareth obtains a RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification and cannot wait to welcome guests on board VIRTUOSITY.
