Chef Naomi Le Du is a professionally trained yacht chef with extensive experience as a Sole Chef on both private and charter yachts ranging from 30m to 55m. She has cruised widely throughout the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia, supporting both owner use and charter programs while catering to a diverse range of guest preferences and expectations.
Naomi specialises in fresh, flavourful, made-to-order cuisine, with a strong focus on Mediterranean, French, and Asian-inspired dishes. She is confident adapting menus to meet a variety of dietary requirements, including healthy and lifestyle-focused options, and enjoys creating themed menus and well-rounded dining experiences tailored to each guest.
With proven experience managing busy galleys independently, she oversees all aspects of operations including provisioning, budgeting, and menu planning, often for high-demand charters and extended guest stays. Highly organised and adaptable, Naomi maintains a calm and positive approach under pressure and is known for fostering a professional, harmonious working environment onboard. Outside of the galley, she enjoys mountains, music, photography and videography, yoga, tennis, scuba diving, hiking, ice skating, psychology, writing, and event planning, reflecting her creative and active lifestyle.

Yevhen is a skilled and reliable Chief Engineer with experience on both private yachts and commercial vessels. Most recently serving as Chief Engineer aboard the 47m M/Y SPACE Y, he has extensive hands-on expertise in engine and generator maintenance, hydraulics, HVAC, electrical systems, and shipyard management.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering and a III/2 Unlimited CoC, he is recognized for his strong troubleshooting abilities, proactive attitude, and commitment to maintaining the highest operational and safety standards onboard.

Yevhen PASHCHENKO

Natalie Riera is a dynamic and experienced yacht stewardess with nearly four years in the industry, bringing a strong dual background in both interior and deck operations. Holding a US Passport, USCG 100 Ton License, and based in Limassol, she has worked on private and charter yachts up to 45m, with extensive cruising experience across the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Florida, and New England. Her versatility and hands-on approach make her a valuable asset in fast-paced and demanding environments.
Natalie is highly skilled in all aspects of interior service, including fine dining, silver service, wine service, mixology, housekeeping, laundry, and interior organisation. She has also taken on leadership responsibilities, assisting Chief Stewardesses, training junior crew, and managing daily interior operations. In addition to her strong interior capabilities, she is confident on deck, with experience in tender driving, water sports operations, navigational watches, and general vessel maintenance, making her a well-rounded crew member.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable, Natalie is known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude, consistently delivering a high standard of service while remaining calm under pressure. Samuel is a skilled and versatile deckhand with strong experience in yacht maintenance, painting, and refit work. Currently serving as Bosun/Deckhand onboard a 40m+ yacht, he is proficient in all exterior duties including washdowns, polishing, varnishing, teak care, and general upkeep.
With a background in marine renovation and cabinet making, he brings excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, practical approach. Reliable and well-organised, Samuel works efficiently in demanding environments and contributes positively to team dynamics.

She has worked many seasons in luxury charters, including alongside Terry and Joffrey on the Azimut Grande 27, providing seamless service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Skilled in luxury yacht operations and Mediterranean cruising, she anticipates every guest need and loves creating personalized, memorable experiences. Paulina enjoys travel, gastronomy, and exploring new cultures, bringing her sunny, approachable personality to every charter.

Paulina Estrada Sotres

Haley du Toit is a motivated and detail-oriented interior stewardess with experience on both private and charter yachts up to 40m. Originally from South Africa and currently based in Italy, she has gained strong all-round interior skills and a clear understanding of high service standards. Haley is confident across all areas of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service, and is known for her organised approach and commitment to delivering a polished onboard experience.
She has hands-on experience managing housekeeping and laundry independently, as well as assisting with meal service and guest interaction to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Her adaptability has also been demonstrated through temporary roles where she has taken on sole stewardess and even cooking responsibilities, as well as supporting on deck when required. This versatility makes her a reliable and proactive team member in fast-paced charter environments.
Highly professional and eager to grow, Haley is recognised for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to perform well under pressure, both independently and within a team. She is passionate about continually developing her skills and taking on increased responsibility within the interior department.
