His extensive experience across private and charter yachts has given him a deep understanding of both guest expectations and vessel management. Maxime is recognized for his adaptability, reliability under pressure, and natural ability to lead crew while maintaining a positive onboard atmosphere. His background in both deck and interior roles allows him to take a global and practical approach to yacht operations.
Before entering the yachting industry, Maxime was a professional skateboarder, a career that shaped his discipline, resilience, and strong work ethic. He later worked in real estate, where he developed excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset. Raised in a maritime environment and having lived aboard a boat during his childhood in Porquerolles, the sea has always been a natural part of his life.

During his time on board a Lamborghini 63 yacht and other private vessels, he gained hands-on experience in deck maintenance, washdowns, engine room monitoring, tender operations, and daily vessel upkeep.
